At home car detailing and vacuum and washing

I used Siteler when they used to come to my company from 2010-2012. The wash techs were nice and did a good job using common "waterless" techniques, which do require some water and microfiber cloths. Not the best for cars with delicate paint but OK for keeping a moderately dirty car looking decent. At the time, Siteler would have you load $ into your account and pre-pay for your washes. It was a good business model, there were promos, and the convenience encouraged you to get your car regularly washed at your workplace. You could even leave your car locked for an easy outdoor wash. Then on 10/5/2012, Siteler sent an email saying "Effective 10/5, car wash services will be discontinued temporarily [...] The request [...] is pertaining to zoning and city planning. In short, the city is having a difficult time classifying and regulating mobile businesses like ours". The CEO at the time, Tom, seemed very nice and he tried to email customers back. We even discussed me getting my balance of ~$170 back and said they were working on it for all customers. But then there was no follow up and my money was never returned. Years later, I start getting promo emails from Siteler again, so my email must have still been in their database. While their promos and collateral on their marketing emails were enticing, the whole feel was different. Everything seems very automated and de-personalized and seems to have gone toward a "gig economy" model wherein contractors are matched with clients but not sure of their specific value-add when it comes to detailing cars. Looks like that's up to each detailer. They're using a new URL now and when I tried to give it a shot the whole process of registering as a user seemed to not work. So l get the feeling they are under different management and the personal touch and consistency are no longer there. For those curious about the name Siteler, it appears related to a VC-funded outfit going back to 2006. It feels like a different outfit altogether operating under the same name as the company many of us experienced about a decade about. Not a service I'd considering using at this point based on them owing me money for so long, the quality of their online presence, and the hit or miss nature of their feedback.

RIP OFF. USE THEM IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY. For $150 interior detail I basically got a hella basic exterior wash that was convenient cuz it was done in my office parking lot. I'm not even going to waste anymore time on this place, i've wrote them 3 times with complaints and not one response, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They will not respond to you. They have an account with my huge company to come onsite to detail cars, why is beyond me cuz Chevron hands on detailing does a way better job. TERRIBLE!!!! You would also think for a $150 interior detail they would put down paper floor mats and offer air freshener LOL. ha! yeah right. JANKY A** COMPANY

I had the exterior detail done by Jabari. He was awesome! Did a great job, was extremely courteous, and took great care in doing a high quality job! Jabari truly cared about providing great customer service! I will definitely use the service again and ask for Jabari specifically.

I had the best experience at Siteler Auto Detail Shop! I was stuck at an appointment that would take me past the time their tinter would be in and he waited until I arrived which took them well past closing time. The attention to detail on my new truck was impressive. The owner shows you everything and explains everything to you up front so there are no surprises later. While you are sitting in the waiting room you can even watch them on the tv if you prefer they will put Netflix on too! I highly recommend them for your vehicle needs and I will be back for the protective film on my bumper!

One more detail, Jabari really got my wheels clean, really clean. The big car washes ALWAYS do a sloppy super fast job and leave brake dust on the hard to reach parts of the wheels. Not Jabari, TOTALLY clean.

Bought a basic wash through a corporate workplace service. Car looked clean in and out but it still had tree sap or something else on the hood that didn't get washed off. I learned that the person that washed the car is a contractor. And because he pays for his own cleaners he uses water only - that's what he said to me. What? No window streaks: it was vacuumed and cleaned well enough. 3 stars because the company never mentioned this on the website or at any time I talked to them.
