Great buying experience! Dino was so knowledgeable and so low key it was amazing. He walked us through the beds and the features with such patience. We (my wife and I) learned our sleep numbers and gained a better understanding of each other's needs. The idea or odds that two people could ever want the same mattress seems ridiculous now. We purchased the I8 bed with adjustable head and feet. The Black Friday pricing closed the deal for us.

We bought a king size sleep number bed at Blossom Hill store. We are happy to share this with everybody that the bed is very comfortable especially the foot warmer. Rachel one of their Ref. very pleasant who gave us answers with our questions about the bed

Absolutely the biggest waste ofmoney! Trying to return it is a nightmare,with excuse after excuse. Then the "lets tryto fix it" approach, extending you closerand closer to your 100 sleeps ending. Thefact that you can't return a base is absurdAnyone interested in buying one of these,do yourself a favor..go to Walmart, buy anair mattress, put some soft sheets on it andyou'll have a Sleep Number bed, becausebasically you're buying a glorified airmattress.Now I am now stuck with 530 dollars inshipping fees after returning it.DO NOT make a mistake of buying this.

Wish I could give negative star. Long story short. I ordered a bed in 2014 taking the 24 month 0 finance deal. You'd think such a big company will take care of everything for such a big purchase. I definitely trusted them 100% and took granted that I would pay off in 2 years with their 'wonderful' promotion. What a mistake! Only recently I found out I have been paying ridiculously high interest for 6 years and my current balance is till more than $2k I called in and of course Sleep Number doesn't care. So be careful everyone, don't fall in any promotion this company is running. Always validate yourself (my biggest mistake). It's better to assume you are dealing with an evil blood sucking company rather than trusting them putting customers' interest in the first place. Hope my $10k worth of lesson can help you stay away from this company

I recently made my first ever sleep number purchase and I was ecstatic!! As I waited for my bed for two months (understandable that delivery was delayed because of covid) it finally arrives today. The techs that were sent to my house were super nice and helpful. They made me aware of the mistake that the sales person at this location has made. The tech pointed out that my full mattress was not a dual which means it only has 1 sleep number setting for the whole bed instead of having 2 different sleep number settings on both sides. WHY THE H** did the sleep number sales guy at this location not catch that when selecting my purchases??? It's upsetting that my boyfriend and i spent so much time at the store figuring out our sleep number setting with the worker and finding out today that we do not get that choice in our bed. NOW we are forced to sleep with the same sleep number setting and have uncomfortable sleep. Very disappointing that this mistake was made and no one is able to help me with this. I shouldn't have to pay extra $$ for someone else's mistake. Seems like the sales person rushed through our sale trying to make his coin and now we have to deal with his mistakes.

I am only giving three stars for the service I initially received from Mike the manager. He seemed genuine when he was helping me out to find the right pillow and assured me that I could return the pillow as long as I was unsatisfied because their goal was to have every customer satisfied with their purchase. Well, trying to return a fourth pillow I guess wasn't in the cards for me and Mike was no longer available to help me. The person in the store today told me I should've never been able to exchange after the first time, because they destroy the pillows after being used, which I guess makes sense to me but I wish I would've known that going into trying to find a pillow. So now I feel I was misled. I have very bad neck pain and I can't seem to find the right pillow for me. I am now stuck with an expensive pillow that doesn't work for me that I paid for and I am not a happy customer. I won't be returning.

Never shop at Sleep Number!! Would give zero stars if I could! **Long post but if you are considering shopping there, please read and it will save you a major headache** ***This is in regards to the sleep number in Oakridge mall but also to Sleep Number as a whole*** I went into sleep number to look at possibly buying a bed in December. At the end of our visit, we decided it wasn't financially possible at the time and instead decided to purchase two pillows. The salesman was extremely pushy and did not really listen to anything I said about why it's not a good time for me to make this commitment, which really left a bad taste in my mouth. Once he found out we were not going to buy a bed, his whole demeanor changed and he started acting like we were wasting his time. I could already tell they only cared about sales and not about customer service. But regardless, I purchased two pillows that would be shipped to me. Fast forward a few weeks and we receive the pillows, only they are the wrong size. I told told the salesman multiple times I had a full size bed but he ordered me two king pillows that would not fit and cost way more money. Once we received the pillows, I went back in for an exchange for the correct size. There were 3 people working there, all of which, we're just sitting around and for the most part ignored me when I walked in. The same salesman I interacted with before helped me with this but was not happy to see I wanted to do an exchange but him and the manager grumbled through and did it anyways. Fast forward two more weeks and I yet again get the wrong pillows! This is now the second time the same salesman messed up my order. I was so over it at this point and I just wanted my money back. So I went back in yesterday and spoke with a different sales person to find out that they do not do returns on bedding and all she could do is an exchange. I was never once told this before purchasing the pillows. Only after I swiped my credit card and a receipt printed out, on the second page, there was a disclaimer saying I can't return them. Since this information was kept from me until I made the purchase, this is a clear lie of omission. The salesperson gave me a customer service number to call. So I go home and wait on the line for roughly 35 minutes until a woman answers. I tell her that they messed up twice, I never once used the pillows, I was never told they could not be returned, and that I want my money back. She then told me she couldn't do anything about it unless I wanted to do an exchange. She essentially said that their two mistakes would just be something I have to deal with. I told her to give me someone above her to speak to. She then put me on hold and 5 minutes later came back and told me she talked to them and they won't do it. At this point, I'm pretty upset because these were their mistakes!! This is awful customer service and they are showing their true colors. I told her that is unacceptable, I need to talk to them directly, and I do not appreciate them being so dismissive of me. She then said that she would transfer me. She transferred me to a number that would never be answered and all I could hear was static. After waiting on the line for roughly another 45 minutes (1 hour and 16 minutes later), the call ended. They never had any intention of actually listening to me, helping me, or correcting their mistake. I learned that all they care about is the sale! I went back into the store after this and yet again the employees are just sitting around in the back of the store. I had to walk up to them and get their attention . I was happy to see that the manager was there. He did not get up from sitting as I proceeded to tell him everything that happened. However, all he said was nope I'm not going to do a return for you, it's or policy. I told him that it was them who messed up twice and that should not be on me! He told me I already got my one free exchange and he won't do anything else for me (even tho

Mr. Michael Sarmiento did an excellent job in helping me procure the twin bed for my son. Did not realize since one of his colleagues mentioned, he was on his way home but he extended his stay to take care of my needs. Excellent Manager.
