  Smart & and Final, went in to get a few items. Not sure if because of the person in front of me made a very very large purchase, but the cashier when putting items in my bag a tomato fell out of rhe vegetable bag and he just tossed it in with everything else. When I got home I found it was under the four quart ice cream tub. Not so good for tomatoes.

  It's 12 noon and there are no bags (the small transparent ones) for fruits and vegetables... We asked and they told us there weren't any. How is it that your management cannot prevent this? All the people in this area were looking how to take things and some were leaving or going to their cars to look for a bag to take the fruits or vegetables.

  This location is awful the workers are very rude and unprofessional! The cashiers talk to the other workers during checkout instead of even greeting the customers. At any given time I’ve gone the customer service is always the same, awful! They almost always have a long LONG line with only one lane open despite every employee hovering around gossiping in the front, completely unprofessional!

  I really like this grocery store. Their selection of produce is really excellent and the prices are significantly cheaper than any other mainstream grocery stores in the area. ToThey have a good selection of prepared foods, baking goods and dry goods as well for all good prices. The only downside I would say is the diversity of meat selection. They have really good prices for what they have, but the types of cuts in the diversity of cuts are sometimes more limited.

  Outside of the store is very dirty. The cashier Sam doesn’t greet you or bother making you feel comfortable. The prices seem very high. Five dozen of eggs are $109.00. Lupe the manager didn’t bother to acknowledge or say “excuse me” neither did the vendors. I worked in a grocery store before. I guess i will continue to shop at Safeway next door.

  I used the store gift card to shop my groceries today, and the gift card remaining is below $10, but the cashier doesn’t allow me to cash out the remaining on the gift card and give me a hard NO answer! Can the store manager do a better training to the cashier to follow the California law?
