They're located behind a store and the entrance alley is a bit narrow, so if more than a few people are trying to get in/out, it can be a little difficult. I just left when it looked full and came back a couple hours later. I pulled over to the side and didn't have to wait too long.Very kind owners. There was a bit of a language barrier. It probably only took 15 minutes to actually do my smog test, and it was a decent price. They took care of everything I needed, so I'm happy!
