Smoke shop is a highly recommended go to smoke shop, has amazing customer service and exceptional prices. The knowledgeable and friendly person greeted you like family, and feels you are walking into a home. The owner is super cool and laid back, and the prices are 15-20% lower than almost every other shop within a 5 mile radius. Prices are the lowest and the shop is easily the best little smoke shop around.
The prices are higher than the several stores further towards Santa Clara, but when I mentioned this to the manager (owner?) he discounted my items to slightly lower than those stores. At least they cared enough about this customer not going away unhappy with their customer service.
