this place is garbage! i had received a gift card for this shop and when i went to use it was rudely told "no way jose!" we dont sell gift cards but when i tried proving it he wouldnt even bother looking, wouldnt let me speak to a manager and told me , and i quote, "we dont do business with you kind of people" and proceeded to tell me to get out! can you imagine? its a scam (at least the gift card scam they got going is) and it sucks because neither can we use the gift card or get our money back! im looking into a lawyer but its just so much to go through for 200 bucks. any ideas of what i should do, oh and im posting pics of the gift card plus links to the site they were bought from , which is the same company they deal with , square. thanks in advance!

My front windshield was completely broken. I came to this place to see what price they would give me since every other place said something about the sensor and that raised up the price but the customer service was great, price was good and, thankfully I got it replaced the same day it happened and overall would recommend.

My car has a small rock chip and some scratches from the door. My coworker introduced this place to me. I am so glad I chose them. Raymond is very knowledgeable, trustworthy and helpful. He has magic hands, in a very short time, those chip and scratches are disappeared. Would highly recommend!!!

My truck windshield had a huge rock chip and took it to spider auto in 2019. James suggest to replace the windshield. Reason being I didn't write review at that time is they made two deep scratches on my front hood. Not happy. Fast forward, after three years, I noticed wet area on the passenger carpet on last rain fall so i wonder where it came from and forget about it. This recent car wash I noticed again the wet carpet and confirmed it is due to leak somewhere on the windshield seal. So I called spider auto and talk to Raymond and he said maybe it's my sun roof that is leaking. I ask if I can bring the truck the following day and said yes. After hanging up the phone I did my own investigation to whether it's my sun roof or the windshield seals that is leaking. So I took my water hose and set to lowest flow setting so I could pour water around the windshield seal and not the sun roof and confirmed it's the passenger windshield seal area that is leaking water. I ask my wife to take a video on the inside while I pour water on the outside. Armed with my evidence video on the day to see Raymond around 9:00am to find out the shop is closed and noticed the place is to me it looks like rundown not like before. Called Raymond and it's answering machine keeps answering the phone while I was there. Left the place and when I got home I texted Raymond and until now no response. Update: Raymond making excuses that is not relevant to not responding to your messages. It's a sign not to honor their warranty period!

I called several times within the past 4 days and left a text message with the attempt in getting a quote for a new windshield. Not one time did anyone answer nor returned my phone call back. 4 days later and I just now received a text message with a total amount. Very unprofessional.

Once again the winter roads of the Bay Area do their best to fall apart and provide rocks to the tires of passing vehicles to throw at windshields. While driving from San Jose to Stockton I had 2 really large stones impact the windshield and one resulted in a cone shape chip and spider cracks, the other just left me shaken (saw it coming and ducked on instinct!) A quick call to Spider and I was able to schedule a time the same day to bring in the Jeep and get the chip fixed before the crack grew. After missing my 1st appt and calling for and setting up another one (all my fault!), 30 mins after arriving, then talking about motorcycle racing and S2000s, my Jeep was turned back over to me and the chip was only barely visible... crisis avoided! Thanks Spider team for being flexible on timing about missing my 1st appt. My dog is back from emergency surgery (spleenectomy and tumor removal) and doing much better.

Pretty solid work. Responded to my call quickly and came back to his shop to work on my wind shield glass. Also voluntarily performed additional small repairs on my previously repaired rock chips free of charge.

I had a tiny rock chip on my windshield and was considering replacing the entire glass out of an abundance of caution. Luckily, I found Spider Auto Glass via Yelp's (clunky) Local Business workflow. They responded to my post within minutes, got me in within the hour, and did a bang-up job of fixing it in 30 mins flat. As if the promptness and competence weren't enough, the guy even vacuumed my car before handing it back to me. If there was a sixth star, I would give it to Spider Auto Glass.

Raymond was able to take me in the day of as a walk-in to help fill in a rock chip on my windshield from 880 on my BMW. The chip was directly in my line of sight and was quite large, so I wanted to get it filled and repaired as quickly as possible to prevent it from spreading. The shop is pretty unassuming and a bit hard to spot, but once parked he was able to take the car in, make the repairs, and have me out within the hour! The price was very reasonable, especially considering the alternative to replacing an entire windshield! The chip is now almost unnoticeable, probably about a 70% reduction in size, you wouldn't even see it if I didn't point it out. Great experience at Spider Auto Glass.

Had my windshield replaced in 2016, and was so pleased with the quality of work & CS I received! Went back recently for a chip in my window to my new car, that was already repaired by the previous owner apparently. Very honest & thorough explanation - completely impressed by the integrity of this company again & again. Will always use them for any need that arises!

Saved me $400+ dollars. Repaired the seal of my windshield. Other competitors said I had to replace everything. He took me right away and gave me a reasonable price. Have already referred 2 people to him.
