I was in the market for a new cellular service phone provider recently and my first choice was T-Moble, as the T-Mobile Store is located very close to where I live, and I am always a huge fan T-Mobile as a company in general. I decided to call call T-Mobile ahead of time to prepare myself for my visit so that I would have all the necessary information, identifications, and documents that I needed. When I called (around 6:44pm) I was greeted on the phone by friendly, T-Moble Expert named Irving Cruz Carbajal. I felt comfortable with Irving right away, and so I jotted down his name at the time, so that I could ask for him specifically when I arrived at the T-Mobile Store later that night. I arrived at the T-Mobile Store, about 30 minutes before they closed. I would have arrived earlier but I had to determine how to port my main number in from another carrier etc., which took much more time that I anticipated! Let me tell you what, the T-Mobile Store was packed around the time that I arrived that night! The gentleman who initially greeted me and checked me in (sadly didn't catch his name), informed me that they were so busy at the T-Mobile Store that night, that they might not even get the chance to assist me. This I totally understood but decided to wait for Irvine anyway. Irvine was super kind, and he even took his excellent customer service skills to the next level, by informing me of the various promotions and combination options that I could get for the best deal, despite it being past closing time for the store that night! After, Irvin informed me of all of the promotions that T-Mobile was having, I decided on a fantastic promotion that they were having involving multiple lines, and then Irvine immediately began assisting me with setting up my account and services. Unfortunately, little did I know, they would run into some complications setting up my account this night, despite my best intentions of setting everyone up for success ahead of time and before I arrived. Sadly, these complications ended up causing a significant delay in completing my account set up this night. Due to this, I wasn't able to connect my cellular service after all (this was on a Thursday, December 7th, 2023). Instead I was instructed by T-Mobile (one the phone that day) to wait until the next day to finish setting up my T-Mobile account. Irvine then gave me his T-Mobile Business Card, and he instructed me to return the next day. At this point, coming nail the next day was totally fine with me because I could tell the team was exhausted and my account was already nearly completely setup as well. I definitely understood that the team was ready to go home at that point, because it was already nearly 9:00pm at night by the time I left T-Mobile Store. I really just don't know how to tell the entire team at T-Mobile how much it meant to me that they all stayed late to try and assist me that night with getting my T-Mobile cellular service connected. While at the T-Mobile store that day, I only really ventured over to the Apple display (I'm a very biased Apple product only fan here) and while I've heard great things about this new iPhone 15 Pro based on feedback from a friend who has held one and got to play around with it in person, so much so that he fell in love with the feel of the Titanium and immediately purchased an iPhone 15 Pro for himself, sadly, this did NOT happen for me. I literally couldn't even tell that the devices had been upgraded this year at all because they were strapped down to the table and you couldn't pick them up, hold them, or even move them one bit. I can't stress this enough T-Mobile, the way that you currently have devices set up in your store right now is a HUGE problem for your customers and your business alike. If customers can't touch or experience the products at all, then they will be FAR less likely to purchase anything from T-Mobile. I understand the need for security, but this is so extreme, that I left the store having felt like I never got the chance to check out the

I went in here to ask for assistance to switch my old information off my old phone to my new phone that was mailed to me. I explained to him that I was unsure how to go about it and was nervous that I would do a factory reset and lose everything in my phone. The gentleman that was "helping me " seemed bothered with my questions. It definitely wasn't a great customer service interaction with this T-Mobile representative. I started to ask questions regarding a new phone and how I could go about that thinking he would switch his customer selling service skills but that was definitely not the case with him. After asking questions regarding a new phone, it seemed as if my only option was to switch my plan as he did not want to explain any other options. I left and will not be returning to this location

T-Mobile shipped us two boosters and when my family cancelled our plan, we called customer support two different times for a return label for them and we never received them. Eventually we decided to just to in store which so happens to be this store. When we went into the store they said that they couldn't take the boosters for return and to just call customer support for the return label. We called customer support a third time and they told us we could've just went in store to return the boosters.So I'm certain this store is just too lazy to do returns.

I recently switched over from Verizon and it was an easy process...thanks to Raymond, Julian, & Kevin! Raymond & Julian helped with the whole phone process(promos, service, set up, etc) & answered all of my questions & concerns. Kevin assisted me w/my home internet needs. I wasn't aware that T Mobile covered our area so I was kind of hesitant/skeptical in trying the 5G home internet service that they offered. But Kevin broke it down thoroughly for me & offered me a worry free/with no additional fee for the modem as trial. So after I took the offer I did try it for a good week I decided to cancel my Xfinity internet service....which was running me about $95/monthly for unlimited as opposed to the $30/monthly locked priced w/T-Mobile. I was able to stream 2TVs & have 3 other devices(tablet, security home camera, & laptop) w/little to no interruptions on the 5G. So I was satisfied enough to cancel my Xfinity internet service & stick w/the savings of TMobile 5G home internet service. Overall, my experience was outstanding in this new remodeled corporate TMobile store. They have a great team & managers that are competent/willing to give you their best customer service! Thanks again to Julian, Raymond, & Kevin! I highly recommend this TMobile store to anyone thinking of switching carriers or home internet service...the savings they offer here really helps in this current economy we're in.

Great customer service. Kevin help me set up my phone and paired my Apple Watch pair it up. I was having trouble turning on my phone and they were able to assist me with the issue. Staff was super patient and helpful.

They lied to my friend and tricked her into trading in phones and getting new phones. They told her that her monthly bill wouldn't go up, but it was all lies. T-Mobile corporate won't do anything because the deal they got her to sign doesn't include the things they verbally told her. I'm sure they got their incentives etc. Anyway, I'm glad to see this location is closed. The manager told my friend he would report the complaint and get back to her and fix it all. His name is Kevin Cervantes Barajas. He never got back to her and no one from T-Mobile ever helped her.

This location is closed I drove by and the doors were blocked by trash dumpsters and large boxed, did not look like the store was in operation.

They offered me an extra line that they said it was free but later they started charging my account. Also, I bought an iPhone that they said it will be delivered in 3 weeks now it has been 3 month and I still have not got my iPhone. They do not take complains seriously. I have complained 3 times but every time they just did nothing.

This place is a joke and a SCAM. Came into this location to try and see what it WOULD cost to open a line for my cousin. They got our information down but we decided that we would try a different company. We told the associate that we're changing our mind and left. Next thing we know, my cousin gets billed for 2 months of a line HE DID NOT EVEN AGREE TO OPENING. On top of that, he's getting interest charged on top of that for not paying and having his credit jeopardized. When we go back to the location to talk about this bill, the associate pulls up this "account" and finds it odd how there are no notes with this account creation showing the details of this transaction BECAUSE WE NEVER EVEN ASKED TO OPEN A LINE. Now we have to go back n forth trying to find the right time for a manager to be at this store in order for them to handle it.

CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS TO BE BETTER. Thiz person called Kristal” she looks like she always tired snd sleepy. Make me feel like she really don’t want to work. I went to the store 2 times and the second time I went. I was not Her” again “. Definitely not going to the store again. Customer service needs to be #1 priority..
