Good Starbucks. Decent beans. Can be crowded during school days with high schoolers. The barista gave us a discount even though we didn't have the app. ??Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access.

Very unprofessional. Terrible service Did not acknowledge anybody when they came to the counter, the lady in front of me ordered, the barista got the order wrong, and when she went to go pick up the drinks, she told him that's not the size she ordered, he said "well that's what I rang you up for"no apology.

The quality of their drinks remains generally good, but there are moments where it falls short of expectations. The ambiance is pleasant for a quick break or catching up with friends, although the seating can be limited at times. Service can be efficient, yet occasionally, it feels a bit rushed or impersonal. Overall, it's a decent spot for a caffeine fix, but there's room for improvement in maintaining consistent quality and a more personalized experience.

For starters, everyone looks like they hate their life's. So serious, greeting ppl good morning with a dead look on their face. Wake up lol drink some coffee or something!!!!! Starbucks company's should automatically have more than 1/2 heating oven for pastries and other foods. The wait time is ridiculous! This reminds me of why I stopped visiting Starbucks in general! The person at the pickup area was so cold, firm and was not following safety measures. (Irene) She's standing there scratching her face and mouth area than touching the drinks rim to check the names of ppl. That is sooooo gross!!!!!!! Not to mention, every person that was coming to pick up their order (mobile order) couldn't just look at the labels because they were all facing her which makes it pointless for mobile order. It's for the customer to walk in, find their drink and walk out. Instead they have to wait to be handed their drink. I don't get it. Anywho.... Will definitely not be back!

Poor customer service by the guy in the cashier named Daniel. I know it's thanksgiving and you probably don't want to work but hey if you don't want to be there then don't. Otherwise I hope you provide some friendly and welcoming attitude instead of being an A-hole and rude at the counter. I'll never comeback to this Starbucks again.

This is the second time this week I have came here to this particular store. They are completely closed lights off doors locked. There are several of us that have gone up to the door and can’t figure out why they are closed when they’re supposed to be open until 7:30 PM each night When I went there it was five. No one knows how long they have been closed whether it’s all day or half a day but there’s no signs indicating why they are closed even if due to staffing issues which I know a lot of Starbucks have that bad issue going on they need to put a sign up so people don’t look down while they’re walking up to the door unprofessional and not cool.

Not sure why I have to waste 10 precious minutes of my day and write a negative review today but I cannot let these things slide anymore. I've been going to this SB for 4 years and gave it so many chances. I also accept a lot of their rudeness because I know it is difficult to do customer service. In this day and age, it is hard to get a job anywhere so if you have to be a barista and hate your job, I get it. I like it here because it is close to where I live but it is just so terrible today that I need to write this. If many people report the same thing, maybe you need to look at yourself and see what is wrong. Why do I have to rant these and be extra petty ? I don't know but here it goes. Food: - It's a Starbucks, you get what Starbucks have. - They constantly run out of things. Management needs to take better care at this. Ambiance: - It was not a busy day or time for the store. I noticed that at least. Service: - Their cashiers and baristas are a hit or completely a miss. Some staffs are so lovable and drew smiley face underneath my drink, and some are just terrible folks who don't sleep enough, hate their jobs, and sometimes stoners. I'm sorry for the good ones, you did your best and the bad ones don't speak for you! - They would constantly get orders wrong but I usually just go with it if they apologize. I have a loose standards of what is okay if they are great people. However, if you already made people's order wrong 2 times for the same drink, maybe apologize????? What's the worst could happen if you own your mistake? - Instead the barista that made my drink wrong gave me the worst glare ever like I did something wrong to her. Girl, maybe you need to find another job, go to therapy, or get some sleep? I'm worry for you. Again, it's not just the poorly done drink, it's the ATTITUDE.

Probably one of the worst Starbucks I have ordered from. Twice now I have fell victim to the ridiculous wait from placing a mobile order. The first time it took nearly 30 min from time of order until I received the drinks. It was a bit busy but should never take that long.... The second time I entered and no customers were there. We had 3 drinks for pickup, should have been a quick transaction for two Frappuccinos and one lemonade- for 2 baristas to make... nope!! One girl made one Frappuccino and the other stood there chatting. She hand me the one drink and says, I'll make the other drinks now, a hot drink. So I knew she was making the wrong order. Anyway, she makes wrong drinks and it nearly take 20 min to get 3 drinks with no customers. Drinks were not up to par and one was straight thrown out because it was undrinkable; even not made correctly. This is ridiculous. So much for the 3 minute rule we used to have when working at Starbucks. DO not visit this location of you want a timely drink or one that even tastes good!

I ordered through the app beforehand because I was in a rush and didn’t want to wait. First impression, the store was big, atmosphere, clean and well decorated.Then, I saw my order ready despite just ordered it 5 minutes beforehand (yes, I was nearby, within 5-minute walk, and decided I wanted a coffee). No hassle, no wait time, just in and out. The drink was great ?If I was not busy, I would spend time there because it was kind of chilling.Parking: Located in a shopping center, so plenty of free parking lots
