The baristas always have an attitude and are rude even when u tell them in a nice way u have something wrong with ur Order they raise there voice if u have anxiety and are shy I don’t recommend coming to this location

3rd time my friend bought a vanella bean with caramel syrup, and guess what? No caramel syrup in the freaking drink, do u guys know how to read ?

I went through drive through. I had said here the money for my first order and I wanted to know if I could add a coffee! Immediately I was given attitude and told the money I’d given wasn’t enough as I had 8 quarters held out in my hand the whole time which was the complete payment. So she obviously wasn’t paying attention. I had said it’s right here. I handed it to cashier at window. She had said I should know what I want and couldn’t help me adding the coffee. I commented my money was right there! The whole time And it’s just a coffee, and the money for that’s right here. I asked what’s the big problem. I was alittle annoyed and that may of come through in my voice because I felt I was being denied a service as well as I was paying full amount of my order and I was being told I didn’t give the whole amount. So immediately now the cashier says I can refuse service to anyone and I don’t have to help you and she slammed the window with my money and yelled at me that I needed to drive away. She yelled again if I didn’t leave she’d call the police, and I was a bit shocked because it wasn’t that serious at all and the over sensitivity and rudeness was very apparent. I said Can I have my money? If you aren’t providing me services then I’m need my money back. She handed the money back! Told me “Now Leave” and commented to my wife that she felt sorry for her. I drove off! But I am understanding why people treat retail workers poorly, and it’s not right but retail workers telling customers off isn’t right either. I ended up driving 5 minutes to the blossom hill location and they were great but this location here isn’t my first poor experience. I won’t be going back.

Some of the baristas here have in customer serv ice and deserve above 5 stars, but unfortunately there are a few baristas who are unkind and some who don't even speak to you at all when you receive your drink (drive-through). Not even a "thank you" or "you're welcome." Which is so odd. The quality is also so inconsistent - some days you'll receive your pastry or sandwich and it's completely smashed, or completely melted or broken, another day it'll have been handled well. Today for example, I ordered a grande (medium) latte and when I was given the cup noticed how light it was, opened the cup, and it was only half full, therefore an 8 ounce drink put into a 16 ounce cup? I normally wouldn't complain, but half a drink is quite a mistake. The second drink in my order was also missing a solid 1/3 of the drink.

Great customer service at this location.Can get busier at times (especially during office time and lunch time) with long lines.

The Cherry Ave location is truly awful. It shares a parking lot with Bass Pro Shop and there must be something about fisherman and hunters loving Starbucks bc the line here is always crazy long. I refuse to wait in line for coffee that tastes like hot garbage. No thanks.

Stephanie and Alex came around letting all the folks in the drive thru know why there was a hold up, and offered free samples for the inconvenience. First time for everything, and that was a great boost to wait, as well as letting customers be informed! Kudos!

The car on-front of me got something for free because “she was waiting for so long”Is what I heard the employee say. I was waiting all a long the whole time behind her and i didn’t get anything free nor a thank you for paying for my order. Just hands me my drinks and turns around after i said thank you.

Pretty much always give five star reviews to Starbucks for the simple reason that they fully deliver on expectations. Whether you live or hate Starbucks, they are like McDonald's -- you know what you *should* expect and they almost always deliver. This location is no different than any other.

I ordered 4 drinks and all of them tasted terrible. 3 of them were so watered down and 1 of them tasted of chemicals. By the time we noticed how terrible they tasted we were already out of the area. We ended up going to another starbucks on Capitol to fix it and it tasted so much better there. I'm so sad because this used to be one of my favorite locations but they've gone downhill. Won't be coming here anymore.
