Hamid and William were very nice and professional, and not pushy, and patiently answered all my questions about the car and the different options of buying it. During the test drive, Hamid showed me all the features of the car, including the adaptive cruise control function on the Subaru Forester which I really liked.

Ace was friendly and helpful. After taking my car to another Subaru two times for check engine light, he was able to tell me what was wrong with my car. He was also patient with my car situation since I had to contact Subaru and my case supervisor would take some time to get back to me.

Great staff, fast but yet not pushy.Really appreciated working with Hamid. He always answered my questions, properly guided me towards my future car, provided plenty of informations about the multiple options for the cars, services etc. and had a great test drive with him.I also liked that he spent more time with me once I was about to drive home to make sure I knew all the little details/options about this car.I've been driving it for a week now and I am really enjoying it so far. Can't wait to bring it to the slopes!

It doesn’t let you post without a star rating. So I guess I need to give them one star.Won’t be taking any of my cars in again. A gasket was supposed to be replaced. After holding onto our car for weeks. They let us know it was done. It was not. Oil was still leaking. We had another dealership confirm that it was never completed.When the work order states that the tiers were rotated I would expect that to have been done. Apparently it was not.

RJ and Ali at SC Subaru took care of me when I was looking to get a Subaru Forester Touring for my son. My son's Subaru Forester was totaled in an accident when another driver hit the rear driver's side and the vehicle which was in the median, spun around and the airbags deployed and rear driver's side wheel was pushed in. Because it was a Subaru my son didn't have any broken bones and had whiplash, concussion and pain in his body.Because a Subaru saved my son's life, it was an easy decision to get the same make and model. Come rain, shine, mud or snow, a Subaru goes where others croak!Thanks to guys at SC Subaru, you've kept the dream alive. Subaru, it's love!

This review is meant to highlight the exceptional service department at Stevens Creek Subaru. My gas cap cover went missing mysteriously and the lock actuator stopped working, which was abnormal for a new vehicle with ~5,000 miles. I went to Stevens Creek Subaru to get it checked out. At first, the gentleman who assisted me said normally it wasn't covered under warranty because it looked like theft, but upon further inspection there were no signs of physical damage. He checked in with the manager who, upon taking a look himself, approved the warranty claim. Anthony, a service advisor, wrote a work order for my claim and was informative throughout the whole process. From start to finish, Anthony kept me updated regarding the status of the parts and the estimated completion date. Additionally, Anthony was kind enough to place me in a loaner after mentioning I use my vehicle to commute to college, which I really appreciated. It's also worth noting, when I dropped my vehicle off, it was covered in dirt after a Yosemite trip. Upon pickup, I was surprised to find it washed — another nice gesture. The entire experience felt stress-free and I felt like I was well taken care of. I plan to take my vehicle here to get it serviced going forward.The facility itself is modern and hosts amenities for customers. Even my girlfriend who is originally from Canada mentioned how nice the dealership was.Initially, I came across Stevens Creek Subaru after looking into purchasing a BRZ. The salesman who assisted me was not too helpful and a bit pushy, so we decided to leave. In the end, it was a blessing in disguise because I realized a SUV was more practical. Nonetheless, after the exceptional experience at the service department, I am willing to give the sales team another chance. Stevens Creek Subaru will be my first consideration next time I plan to purchase a Subaru.

I went to Stevens Creek Subaru this past Saturday 10/7 just to test drive a CrossTrek but left a happy customer after the great experience I had!I appreciated my salesperson Andreas Beckmann who helped me and put no pressure on me whatsoever. It showed his knowledge on the car/brand with himself also owning a Subaru. He really made sure that everything was clear to me and that I was comfortable with the whole process. Thanks as well to Basilio Cruz for the help with the finance process and the laughs!There are a lot of Subaru dealerships out in the bay but they definitely place great care here and it shows!

My service person, Hunter, was great. He was very easy to talk to and get along with, he made me feel comfortable and like he cared, and he even got my car serviced earlier than I expected. I had a great experience with him. He’s also hilarious.

Nice, newer facility. Stevens Creek does have better prices compared to other Subaru dealers in the area when it comes to service… however, on more than one occasion I can never get ahold of someone to speak within the service department whether I currently have a car in the shop or trying to get information in order to book an appointment. They might eventually connect you but then it either rings long enough to leave a voicemail(to which I never get a call back) or it straight up hangs up. They seriously need a dedicated person to answer service department calls.

Was on the market for a new car and I came to just the right place! Andy Liu was a great sales representative who explained everything in detail and was very patient with my indecisiveness. With my limited budget he was able to give me what I can afford and a bit more, I'm so happy with my new car and he explained that they provide other services too if my car is in need of maintenance and other things. I feel safe doing business with them and don't feel ripped off at all. Thank you Stevens Creek Subaru! I'll definitely come back for my next car in the future.

My credit was in the low 400s and my driving record was God-awful. With a recent repossession and two reckless driving tickets to my name, no one wanted to insure me, much less loan me any money for another car.I came to Steven's Creek Subaru for the car of my dreams, but given my situation, I didn't have much hope for a positive outcome. I was beyond embarrassed; I was financially ashamed.My trip to the dealership was about an hour long. I took BART and was embarrassed to even ask for someone to pick me up. My salesperson was a chipper young lad by the name of Kyle. He happily obliged to transport me from the train station to his dealership, whereupon he had my car washed and ready for test drive, parked right in the front for me to see.I didn't want to test drive at first; my priority was to see if I would even be approved for an auto loan in the first place. Kyle took me inside, offered me drinks and snacks (which I partook of with great relish after my long journey) then introduced me to Sam, the finance manager.Sam was a great guy. He was completely transparent throughout the entire credit application process, and even got me an approval with less money down than I thought I needed. It took about a half hour, but Sam got on the phone with the bank, said the right things, and the next thing I knew, I was signing the paperwork for the car of my dreams.After I signed the application, Kyle and I went for a test drive. The car handled like an angel, and I instantly fell in love. By the time we got back, Sam had the rest of the paperwork ready for me to sign, the three of us shook hands, and I took delivery of my absolutely beautiful Mercedes-Benz E550 Twin-Turbo V8 Cabriolet.I have never been this satisfied with a dealership’s guest service, and I may have to shop at Steven's Creek Subaru from here on out. Sam is a great finance manager, and Kyle is an awesome salesman. I'll be looking forward to doing business with them in the near future.
