I am shocked with the bad reviews here, I always eat here maybe once a month and it's always a charm to grab a bite here, the food is good, and the people who serve are just amazing and very very nice. The Indian young guy gave my toddler a cookie yesterday, it was an amazing gesture, and thanks for that. I would give this more stars if I can , and shame on folks who give this place any less, seriously give these folks a break, its a subway and they are treating you with a smile and decent food, I cannot talk about that for 90% of San Jose restaurants !!

Very underwhelming. Constantly trying to upsell the sandwich when said what I wanted. Poor communication skills by what appeared to one of the owners. I'm not tipping 15% to a business owner! Food quality wasn't kind to Mr. Bowels. EYKWIM.

Friendly staff, the guy was very considerate. When I mentioned my whole order was veggitarian, he promptly changed his gloves ?.Removed star from food because the sandwich ? was made with very less veggies.

Im surprised I have not left a review yet! I have been going to this subway since it opened. Great location. I have not gotten food poisoning from this location yet. Fantastic customer service. I always do mobile orders and the sandwiches almost for the most part have what i want in them. They sometimes run out of ingredients which is understandable.

Placed a pickup order using the mobile app at a non-peak time. Used a promotion code for buying a footlong and receiving a six inch sub free. I should have opened my sub inside the restaurant so that I could receive a refund. The toppings were so skimpy that I could not even see them before opening the sub. I thought I'd been given only a roll of bread by accident. Opening the sub showed a meager few pieces of chicken, and very few toppings. Have never received such a skimpy sub in my life. Cheap owner. Will not return. Suggest you do not either, unless you enjoy a roll of dry bread with the seasoning of scant fillings.

I'm only giving it a 2 star just because subway in general is taking out cucumbers and I can't have subway without my cucumbers so please bring it back. but I have nothing bad to say about the customer service. it's literally subway itself need to bring cucumbers back.

One of the worst subway experiences I've ever had. They fail to honor coupons that are valid and blame it on the computer and just expect you to pay full price. The reason I came to subway today was to use the buy 1 get 1 footling coupon... they built both sandwiches and then at the payment stage they claim their computer is not taking coupons today. So I asked if they can manually adjust it which should be simple enough to do... it's buy 1 get 1 free... but instead they offered a 10% discount which is like 70cents.... Instead of $7... what a joke. When I asked to talk to a manager Both of the workers just ignored my request and told me that's just the way it is. Worst customer service ever. When I tried to place the order on the app using the coupon they would not cancel my in store order since they already charged my card... I feel u should be able to refund or cancel the transaction so I can place the same order again with the right coupon . See pictures of coupon with valid date as well as screenshot from apps.
