Terrible pharmacy, always late, even though calling ahead to check if the prescription order ready, but never done when you get there to pick up. Have to wait for at least 20 minutes. Never again. Change different pharmacy for better service

Came here for a Covid vaccine and they were incredibly organized and efficient even with dozens of people. They are short staffed due to the holidays and still answered everyone’s questions and we’re kind. Would absolutely recommend

Started a new insurance plan literally yesterday & left the printed info in my car when I went in. I told the clerk I’ll get the insurance info from my car and he was rude to me. He asked me multiple times if I had insurance in a derogatory tone AFTER I told him it’s in my vehicle. So I get the form to fill out & I decided to go elsewhere. I do not give business to rude people.It’s in a run down plaza so it makes sense that the employees would be unprofessional. It’s the type of place someone goes to if they don’t have a good option.

My mom went here to get her booster and was the first to turn in her paperwork. She was the last to be seen. I do not recommend coming here if you want to get your booster.

I have never encountered any bad customer services or any problems with pricing. Of course when buying over the counter products at the pharmacy, we should always expect the price to be more expensive than at Walmart for instance. They always keep tracking of all of my refills and notify me to pick up on time. People always have the right to choose where to get their services from but from observing customers waiting patiently for their turns to get their boosters at Sun then they must have done something rights to earn their trusts. To make it short, I highly recommend Sun Pharmacy.

Horrible Customer Service!!! Price Gouging, be aware!!! Yesterday they sold me an iHealh Covid-19 rapid test for $73. At my kids' school last week, they gave it for me free and Amazon is selling it for $19. At first when I asked, they said $60. But when I signed for the credit charge it was $65. I then asked for the receipt they couldn't give me one, one of the girl said because the item is not on the system. I said it's BS... this is a big pharmacy and no receipt??? After a while the owner came out and kindda yelled at me, "If you think it's expensive then don't buy it here." I then told her of course I'm buying, but at least give a a receipt. She then canceled my first transaction ($65) then asked to use my card at a different credit card terminal. Then she asked me if $73 is ok? At this point I was just laughing and said "whatever". Then she charged me and finally gave me the receipt with a "No return- Exchange " stamped on the back of the receipt. This was my first time here as well as the last. And my wife already reported them "Price Gouging" with the state!!!

Very good service, gave me a COVID Booster Vaccine with no problems (Other than a 45-minute wait time. But they give you a number slip and you can leave and come back later after those 45 minutes are up, rather than waiting in line the entire time!)

Personally I had a good experience getting my covid vaccine and plan going back for booster. I would recommend. As good as any under the circumstances.

I found out about this pharmacy through Santa Clara County website, for walk in covid booster. The wait was super long (2+ hours) mid day on a weekday. The vaccine administration was rushed and I felt some pain when I received the shot, which was not my experience with the previous shots I got at Stanford.
