I like that it’s easy to walk in or check in. The price is great, the stylists are friendly or at least polite and professional. I go regularly because it’s close, easy and low cost, but am rarely thrilled with the actual cut. None of the stylist seem to be able to do anything layered or complex. They want to be fast to get to the next customer and I really dislike that they won’t do any blow dry unless you pay extra. You can’t tell how a hair cut is going to lay until it’s dry. When I do get a dry, there is always a little unprompted additional cutting because the stylist sees where they need to make adjustments. When I want a great cut I go somewhere else.

Lynn just was "Fantastic" great sense of humor & was comfortable she did my cut. I have extra long hair & up in age with a history for having it all my life. So to say the least I was nervous. In the end I was very happy in every category !
