Update - after the terrible experience at the brookaw location, I went on to schedule another appointment within 20 mins at a location on Capital Ave Supercuts. Got my haircut done and when I went to make the payment, to my surprise the bill was already paid/ made free. The owner somehow found out that my appointment at the other location was messed up and gave a free haircut at this location. The stylist has to call the owner to understand why the payment is showing as paid when I didn’t make any payment.
Appreciate the quick proactive response from the owner who owns these two locations. And that’s really quite a surprise how you’re able to figure out about my appointment issues.
Either way because of the proactive good intentions of the owner, I’m updating my ratings to 4 star.
Issue - Terrible experience to a long term customer. I made an appointment online and got a confirmation. But when I went there 15 mins ahead of my appointment time, the stylist says they don’t have me on the list and even says that I cancelled my own appointment and that’s why its not there on the list.
Just say its a technical glitch and people will understand that issues like this might happen with online reservation systems. But don’t put the blame on the customer and come up with statements like “you cancelled it”.
I’ve been coming to this location for 3 years now and from now on you lost a customer. Never stepping foot in this location again.

I arrived a couple of minutes Ave the stylist I had an appointment with was available so she was able to cut my hair right away.
She did a great job. I really enjoy coming here.

No all stylist have the skills for doing a good hair cut and meet the customer expectations, be careful on your stylist selection. Looks like some stylists are beginners
