I was back at a Swarovski after I don't know how long. I remember going here when I used to pick up gifts for friends and family. I was visiting friends and thought I could pick up some figurines from here. The store looked nice the the displays looked good. It was cool that they had Star Wars figurines too, I did not buy those though I was tempted. Did not think my friends would appreciate it. I was the only one in the store at the time and the two ladies working here seemed a little bored and were not attentive.

I came here looking for some jewelry for a wedding. I knew I wanted something sparkly without the diamond price. I came here on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn't busy which is great if you need attention looking at jewelry. A blonde lady helped, I wish I got her name. She was nice and super attentive. Since she was the only one working and more people came in I let her know I'd let her know if I saw something. I saw a couple of items that could work but they were out of stock on the matching necklace. Even though I didn't end up buying anything I thought the service was great!

Two different employees assisted my wife, Natalia and Barbara on different occasions. They are absent minded and or intentionally practicing questionable business transactions and lack customer service skills.Natalia being the worst! She is dishonest and condescending. Apparently, other customers have negative experiences too. This is the type of shopping experience you'll receive from Natalia and Barbara.Below is my wife's interaction @ Swarovski.First VisitMy wife went to the Swarovski store in Oakridge Mall, Blossom Hill San Jose, CA two weeks ago to purchase 2 rings from Natalia, the sales person.Second VisitShe returned 1 ring last week with a receipt and bought a new ring. The 2nd ring per Barbara. She couldn’t return the ring without the original box. She stapled her receipts and gave them to her. But she did not hand her the ring, My wife had to ask her, " Where's the ring?" It seemed like her mind was somewhere else.Third VisitSo my wife went back Saturday morning to return the ring with the original box (per Barbara). It was Natalia who was in the store. Per Natalia, as she gave her all the receipts that Barbara stapled together last week, the original receipt wasn’t included in the stapled receipts. My wife told Natalia," it was you who sold me the ring from the beginning and you couldn't find the right box." She even offered to clean my wedding rings. But she experienced selective amnesia and denied seeing my wife at the store.Natalia pushed away the ring inside the box and kept saying, " I couldn't return the ring without the receipt." My wife replied," How could Barbara accept my return if she didn’t have my original receipt?"Apparently, Barbara failed to include that receipt so now Natalia said she couldn’t accept my return item. My wife spoke to Barbara on the phone and she denied that she had the receipt even though she gave her a refund for the other ring that was on the same receipt. When my wife asked Natalia to give her back the receipts from last week she said, “I need to photocopy these receipts because I don’t trust you!”• First of all, it’s Barbara’s fault that she didn’t give her back the receipt!• Second, per Swarovski's return policy, She could receive a store credit without a receipt which is unacceptable because she had the receipt that’s why she was able to return the other ring.• Lastly, Natalia and Barbara were so rude to her! The fact that Barbara didn’t give her back the receipt! Now she has to go back there again next weekNatalia was pleasant when my wife was making a purchase but when she was returning, she gave her an attitude!

Rachel had great customer service and helped me score some beautiful bracelets for our Christmas in July party. I was so glad she was working that day because I was on a tight schedule in need of gifts for my nieces and nephew. I ended up buying something for myself, my mom and my sister. Lol

Extremely poor customer service. Simple: thy don't care, they don't mind you at all. Natalia, was frustrated at me cause she didn't know how to handle an online purchase. She changed her tone, with a loud voice said how can I help when I don't know how to work with your membership! I'm a customer and they are representatives of the brand. They have to have the proper training. Yo add, I'm a gold member, which means god knows how much I spend every year... so disappointed...

Customer service is rude and pushy and heaven forbid you have a return. I NEVER return anything but twice in a row I have purchased a ring from this store and a crystal chipped out within days. You feel like a criminal. I'll never shop not only here, but any of these stores again. Too bad. I have money and I freaking love jewelry.

Very disappointing that this store has just lost a long time customer due to the staff's lack of professionalism, specifically a staff member named, SONYA. I just wanted to exchange an item that I received and already the way that I was spoken down to was not called for. I am the customer and treating customers with respect is the foremost importance in any business. When no one cares, customers will take their business elsewhere, hence businesses close down. It's unfortunate the manager is apparently on vacation so I cannot express my concerns. I will not shop in this store again. You shouldn't either and let this store close because of lack of good staff working for them.

I tried to do some Christmas shopping here tonight and the older lady talked my ear off as well as my husband and distracted him from shopping with me. I could have spent a couple $100 here but I had to leave because I was so irritated and distracted by her on going stories. This happens often and I won't shop there anymore.

Be careful about what the store employees told you. I was requested to open an account to finish up the sales on a Black Friday. The assistant store manager was not there to solve the problem, but was super against customer. There are potential racists issue going on at store, and you as a customer may not be treated fairly if your face is not "white". Neither the store nor the corporation is taking customer complaints seriously. Use the California consumer law to protect your rights. Write to state attorney to report the issue and protect your rights.

Disgusting No wonder there are never anyone inside but the staff members. Imagine coming in wasting no more than 10 minutes (and this include purchase) to very annoyed and probably racist and judge mental white employees because I went through that yesterday. I did however buy my ring because I wanted it right there and then. Definitely would NEVER come back to this location EVER.
