Stay away from this T mobile branch as much as possible!!! Sales rep here are not very helpful(especially the guy with mustache, didn’t bother to get his name as he was not that important) and are bully to their customers. I was here when a couple walked in to ask for help and the first thing they would say is “we don’t do that kind of service in this store” and those were the exact words I was welcomed with upon stepping into the store. After, it was a madness of threatening me on how Tmobile will come after my credit score for an unpaid bill that wasn’t even supposed to be in my account. Very awful experience!!! I was able to resolve the issue in another store (in Curtner) with very helpful sales rep and who made an effort to understand my situation. If I could give this store 0/5 I would definitely will. I REPEAT DON’T EVER COME HERE IF YOU’RE A TMOBILE CUSTOMER!!!

Moved 3 lines from xfinity to t-mobile, got sold for the premium 5g package instead of 55. Went and forth to this store for 3 times get the phone order & migrated the numbers. Staffs were very friendly, helpful & patient

Bought a phone from them and the manager tried to sell me a charger block for 20$ when an old charger block is fine to use too. He had the nerves to tell me it's just 20$. I just didn't like how he said it, sounded too pushy and degrading.

If what you need has absolutely nothing to do with sales and the associates making commission, don't even bother coming here because they will never help you. I came in wanting to just return a trade-in device. That's all. I was waiting for 45 minutes because they kept bumping customers ahead of me who would give them sales. I was told about 3 times that I was first in line, and I never made it to an actual person because I left after feeling discriminated. I never raised my voice at the employees despite this treatment and the manager gave me major attitude and was happy I was leaving. I ended up going to another t-mobile who's employees actually treat all customers fairly.

I've been with Tmobile for over 10+yrs and as of the past couple of weeks I was about to cancel both mine & my husband's lines, our business line, our 2 watches & our daughter's 2 tablets had it not been for the general manager Marc. Thank you for going above & beyond with customer service & truly offering a more personable & caring approach to servicing my insurance issue.Ps. To anyone reading this review & has insurance with their mobile carrier. If you accidentally break your device & switch Sim cards it VOIDS insurance coverage. (Because apparently if you break your phone it has to stay broken until they provide you with a refurbished one. So switching the Sim card temporarily until you receive a refurbished phone by insurance is a no no. You just have to be completely detached from the world & file an insurance claim immediately. Even though I dropped & broke my phone 10pm at night & was flying out to Hawaii at 5am the next morning so I had no choice but to switch my sim into an ANCIENT phone. Oh & they state the insured device is now the device the Sim is in. The ANCIENT device. So they won't insure the actual broken device.)Anyways, thank you Marc & Liz!The 5 stars is for them. Assurant is a 3rd party insurance company with tmobile. Trash. 0 stars.

This store allowed my EX husband (I have no contact with) who is not listed as an authorized user on my account and doesn't have my pin to add a line to my account and transfer his line to it. I am working with the fraud department to get the line removed from my account. This is against T-Mobile policy. I live 2000 miles away from this location and when I called to warn them that I have suspended the line that has my ex's number on it and he might come in and try and get them to get his phone working since I suspended it while fraud does their thing they said they can't do anything unless I come in with ID. Pretty ironic.

My aunts and I came in with a few things in mind (adding a new cellular plan) and a little technical phone difficulties. Letty helped us out extremely quickly and with such great support! Even though the customer support line was in the weeds, she sat through while supporting us with other issues. Absolutely outstanding! On a last minute New Year’s Eve trip to the T-mobile store we came out extremely satisfied.

This place is pathetic . They stop you at the door and say they're not taking anymore customers for the day . It's barely 2:30pm and they close at 6pm . They closed early the day before as well . The place was empty . Only 2 families inside . Staff is simply lazy . It has bad management at this location . Complete waste of time going here !!!
