Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the girl who helped me but she made my experience quick and smooth! I did a Jump upgrade and traded in my iPhone 11 for the 15. The process of moving everything over to my new phone was so easy.

Wanted to upgrade my contract, but they don't "understand" and ask me to do it online. After I upgraded online, I follow the Tmobile website instructions to drop off the trade in device in store, but they don't want to help. I have to go to another store to drop off. They seem only care about the new customer.

Going to a mobile store can often be hit or miss. It is not often you talk to an associate who is both helpful and knowledgeable. Most of the time we leave in frustration. We were happy that we found Kevin at this location, who took time and answered all our questions. The interaction definitely was a positive experience and I had to leave a review.

So there were four employees in the store when I went in today. Three out of the four of them seemed very nice and helpful, however, one bad apple does truly spoil the whole bunch. I have rarely felt the need to complain about that customer service and I feel that I am fair, when it comes to that. This employee that I spoke with at the outer corner of the table truly gave me a bad taste in my mouth and a bad vibe. It didn’t seem like he really wanted to help me. He kept saying he didn’t understand what I wanted him to do, but it was the way he said it. I’m not sure if he was just having a bad day, but that’s no excuse to discard what somebody is saying. And to top it all off, when I searched up my request on Google, it turns out that the employee was not honest about not being able to help me. The only reason I’m giving this place two stars is because of the other employees who seemed friendly enough. If you’re the manager reading this, please let this person know that they need to adjust their attitude or they’re going to lose clients for your company. Thank you.

This location is tucked away in a plaza behind a freeway exit.Getting in and out of it can sometimes be a challenge.I come here on occasion for T-Mobile Tuesday and the workers are always really chill about giving me the freebie and not trying to pressure sell me.Thank you!

Ana M was awesome, she was assisting my mom and I. Although the phone we wanted was not there, she recommended us to another place and double checked that they have what we needed. 10/10 going above and beyond customer service

Great service and helpful staff. Marcheyell was able to help me add a new line as well as purchase a new phone, with the available discounts. It was more helpful to conduct these transactions in the store, instead of online.

The manager Ramon and his team went above and beyond in everyway imaginable. Every single employee was exceptional. My new Moto G phone blocked me out and they walked me through everything possible to make sure I did not loose my Data. You just don't get Customer service like this anymore.

My first time at a T-Mobile store and I was blown away by the service. The staff member assisting us was Marcheyell Branson and she was fantastic. We had to replace a couple of sim cards and she got it done for us within 5 minutes with no fuss. Highly recommend this store and specifically Marcheyell!

Helpful staff. It was easy to transfer my line to T-Mobile. They walked me through the process and helped with the details. I also got a brand new iPhone 14 Pro with a low monthly payment kind of a deal. Highly suggest you to go visit them.

We came here to add a person to our family plan. They scanned our IDs by Mr Amirali and Ana .I am not sure what Ana was doing as she was just trying to figure out stuff on the ipad.both of them seemed very unprepared as they kept asking questions to other people in the store and nobody seemed to take over or help them. The new executives do not know whats the procedure end to end.We had already authorized everything for the person but were still made to wait for 40 mins. And were told to talk to customer care if we want to authorize this person , so i am not sure why people should visit the store if we come to store and talk to a customer care executive over phone.I dont know why in this tech world its difficult to get a esignature form emailed , they wanted us to wait more to just sign the final bill. The answer they gave was “for the new phone you need, the safe will be open in 10 mins” whatever that means. Seems like the employee who had the keys for safe to get new phone was out or left keys someplace and went to get there. Not sure. We came back to the store just to give a signature.Spent almost 2 hours in total in the store to add new line. Looks like we will soon switch to verizon, i do not think it should be so complicated of we are adding a new person to our family group and had valid IDs and everything sorted. Amirali, Ana were later helped by their manager Julio who idk why did not step in sooner?
