I've come to this Target so much that I never thought I would have to write a bad review. I would give this manager who works at guest service -1 because of how she was speaking to me. A little backstory, I recently checked my bank and I got frauded $139 from a different state and they had tried the best they can to help me with to try to reverse the money back to my card and they couldn't. So they told me to head over target to dispute it with them. So after I went to this specific target and planned to do some Christmas shopping after. This one manager, I explained to her that I'm getting a new card very soon and that I got frauded from a different state at a different target. And when she was talking to me, she had her arms crossed and gave me an excuse to not give me a customer service number nor was she nice about it. I was told by my bank to head over to target so they could help me, but it seems that I went this worse target that I will not be bringing my husband nor my son to go shopping at. She had a really bad attitude and arms cross, you don't talk to customers like that when they are trying to get anything resolved. I really hope that she doesn't talk to anybody else that way. Because she does a really bad customer service and the fact that is how she talks to. Don't know how many people she has already spoken to. By the way, her name is Caroline, has brown/black long hair w/ a plain/graphic sweater and works at guest services as a manager. I used to work at retail and I don't speak with my customers like that nor do I cross my arms w/ an attitude. I will call someone else to assist me. But if she continues to work there, I will not be there. If I could give 0 stars, I would give her -1 for speaking to me like that with several customers there. I was a value customer whenever I shop with my husband and son whenever we're done shopping at the mall. But now, I don't care if you're stressed out from retail but you can't speak to anybody with crossed arms and an attitude. Tbh if she had a bad day, talking like that besides me, she would have gotten into trouble.

this store is ridiculous and scam. a beanie showed 40% off but we scanned it to check price. it read $11.40. the price tag said $10. we asked the worker and she couldn't explain why this happen and wouldn't honor the 40% off. She was so lazy about everything. Can you imagine how many things they do this with? Target does this a lot but Aura should be trained to follow the rules on the signs behind her. Ive had to have workers fix prices all the time. She just kept saying I don't know and can't do anything. Then when I made a comment about the cost being more than the tag she said oh yeah we can't do anything about that you have to take it up with customer service, she is customer service. Don't trust Target.

I did not have a great experience at this target, I went to buy ornaments I asked a sales associate if they had the regular ornaments of reds and greens he said "we are trying to get rid of what's out here's first so probably not." ... does that makes sense to you Mr. Target Corporation?" Then I purchased my few items I then realized I was not given the 30% off for the ornaments. I go back to the associate who rang my purchase after 15 minutes and said if I have the circle app on my phone??? That's the only way I will get my discount???? I told the associate so if a customer doesn't have the circle app you don't get the discount?? She gave me attitude. Seriously Target!!! I am not going to lock into your circle app on my personal phone. Another thing you have people going back and forth watching people like if they're going to steal when in reality Target you're the ones stealing from the working class!!! Thieves!!!The only person that was able to help was customer service I guess that's why the young girl is there, you should pay her more, she's the one cleaning up the mess.

This is THREE times now. What the hell is wrong with the customer service in this establishment!! All I want is a damn screen protector for my phone and instead of driving out to a store and wasting my gas, I decided to see if it's in stock, but how in the hell am I supposed to find that out, if no one answers the GOD DAMN PHONE!!! Utter bullshit!!

By far the longest wait Ive ever encountered for a drive up pick up order. 40 minute wait is ridiculous! Can't go inside when you have been exposed to Covid and supposed to be quarantining. They have one guy bringing out items one car at a time... at least pack his cart full of more than just one car.

I hate using target because of their pushing of extreme agenda, especially targeted toward young children. However, once in a blue moon only they will have a specific item in stock. They are the only store in this area that carries a specific ice cream flavor. I ordered 5 pints on their site to be delivered only 2 hours later. The shopper sent me a text they had NONE in stock when they got there, an hour later. I will never shop at target, again. It's not worth it; they are always a massive disappointment. This has happened every single time I've tried to order something from them. They are horrendous. Their stock is not updated in real time. Absolutely worthless.

I'm not a huge fan of Targets that are attached to malls, they don't have the same vibe as standalone locations and their inventory is not as plentiful as others. I will continue to shop at this location because every time I shop here, the employees always help me to the best of their ability in finding what I need. Others kinda just point you in the general direction of what you are looking for, but here they will often walk you directly to the item or look for it for you and actually return to you instead of hiding or disappearing.

This is a nice and big Target. Its always busy owing to the fact that its in Oakridge mall but things are always in stock (we will ignore 2020). Their home section is very nice. The staff is friendly and helpful if needed.

This is the only Target I've gone to where LP always makes their presence known. I haven't had this experience at any other Target. At this one though, I am used to it. I know I'm getting profiled for the way I look, obviously I don't look my best all the time. That's my bad, I should probably make a little more effort to be more feminine or dress more socially acceptable, maybe do my hair or my makeup more often. (I'm a Tomboy) But today, I have to leave this review. Despite me ignoring the fact that every time I come here there's some random person acting like a shopper following me around, I never once confronted them or made a big deal out of it because I know they're just doing their job. I just keep doing my own thing & I always try to minimize the attention they're giving me by acting like I don't realize that it's just coincidence we keep crossing paths. But today guys, after I finished shopping & I paid for the items in my basket security followed me to my car. They stayed a distance away, but I felt like that was odd as I've never actually had them follow me all the way to my car. I saw them behind me, I turned around to look at them, then they turned around. I really hoped they had stopped me or told me something though, because I wanted to call them out on their profiling & making my experience every single time unpleasant/uncomfortable. This is probably the last time I shop here though.

I would give 0 star if I can for this review. I purchased 31 ($3100 in total) Apple Gift Cards from Target Oakridge T1927, 23 ($2300 worth) are invalid and cannot be redeemed. The tampered gift cards were difficult to open, seems have glue on it. What's the most ridiculous is that Target manager refused to refund customer or provide customer a solution. Basically, Target sells fake items and refuse to refund, it's extremely ridiculous. The target gift card center only tried to drag customer's time as long as they can, but never resolve the issue. They are just hoping customer will forget this case by time or refuse to refund after awhile. I have been a loyal Target customer for years and I really liked this store. This scam broke my heart. I saved this money for a long time to purchase gift for family during Black Friday. This certainly affected my thanksgiving break!! I want my $2300 back!

This target is conveniently located inside the mall. It has multiple floors and cash registers so if an area is busy go to another one. They have so many inquire finds that aren't available at other targets. The store, despite being busy, was very well stocked and organized. Employees are helpful and available for questions.

I had purchased Slim Fast Keto Fat Bombs and found when I opened the box they had all been melted prior to being on the shelf. If you are not familiar with the product, they are the same size and shape as a full size peanut butter cup. They are individually wrapped and come 14 to a box. They were melted into basically blobs of chocolate and stuck to the wrappers. I went online and customer service gave me a refund. They also assured me store leadership would address the issue. I explained it is impossible to tell if there is damage unless the box is opened and checked. Next purchase was at Safeway, no issue. Ac few weeks later purchased again at this Target location, same issue, melted. Once again on chat and refunded, told it would be addressed by store leadership. Next purchase Target south San Jose, no issue. Product is fine. Went to this Target location again, brought them home within 10 minutes of purchase, same issue, again, melted product. Went on chat and this time was again told store leadership would address the issue which I then mentioned it has yet to be addressed after months of saying it would be. Then I was told that because I had recently been refunded I would have to take the product back to the store if I wanted another refund. So basically I have to prove the issue they said they would address a few times now. I had sent them pictures during the first refund. I have no time to deal with it so I said never mind. I will no longer shop this location. Nothing against the workers. I am not sure if store leadership does anything regarding customer issues, but since the product is still on the shelf, damaged, it is fair to say they either do nothing or have no idea what they are doing in regard to this particular issue.

This is one busy two-story Target. It has ample places to park, from a parking garage to ground level parking surrounding it. Be prepared to be enveloped in a large crowd moving haphazardly about with carts driving anything but in a coherent manner. I'd say go in with a defense strategy and you should be able to "survive" just fine. Despite the amount of people and the challenges of movement down aisles and walkways, it is mostly kept well-stocked and clean. There's always ample amounts of employees either stocking the shelves or ready to answer a question. They're friendly and very helpful, especially if you're new to the store. After all, it's size can also be intimidating the first time. Check out is also relatively smooth. They tend to have more registers open than the average Target I've been at and they move efficiently customers in and out of the store. Last, they have plenty of security. They are often stationed at both the mall entrance and the parking area entrance. They give a sense of security while also being friendly and helpful themselves. Overall, I gave this a three star because I averaged out the customer service and the ability to navigate smoothly through the store. The bathrooms also can be hit or miss, sometimes clean and sometimes needing some rescuing. All in all, it's worth a stop if you're in the area.
