I’m so grateful for the Drive Up service at the San Jose Capitol Target. As a new parent recovering from some recent injuries, even the simplest errands have become tough. On this visit, I needed to pick up diapers and formula — two things that are not just “nice to have,” but absolutely essential.
Being able to stay in the car, rest my body, and still get what I needed quickly and easily was more than just convenient — it was a relief. The team came out with a smile, confirmed everything, and made the experience feel effortless and cared for.
In a season of life that’s exhausting, overwhelming, and beautiful all at once, this small act of convenience meant everything. Thank you, Target, for making parents like me feel supported — especially on the hard days.

The order pick up service at this specific target store is the WORST among other target stores. They marked it ready for picked up, but when I and a few other folks show up, there is only one lady scan our barcode, instead of grab my items to us right away, she went inside the store shelf and try to find the items we ordered. IT TOOK HER 5-10 MINUTES to get back, WHY YOU MARK ITS READY FOR PICK UP, when it’s not!!! I could have grab my items myself faster than you!!!

Wait forever for the fitting room. The lady there said that she will close after giving a room to a guy in front of me. She continues that i need to wait for the other employee that she does not know when she will come.

I like Target. Alot of items for the house for sale at Target. They have restrooms. They accept ebt here too.

This is a very Busy location so I suggest shopping early in the day if you can to avoid a crowded drive up. I had to circle parking lot a few times before I was able to park in a designated area to pick up my items. Not only that, it’s hit and miss with the friendliness of the employees delivering to the car.some really pleasant and a few, including my last interaction are downright irritated. Lol.

These Target stores tend to racially profile black men. The capitol ave. store and the Monterey Rd. Store racially profiled my husband twice at the capitol store and once at the Monterey Road store. The worst part is my husband is a security guard in a grocery store. I won't be visiting Target stores anymore. That is unacceptable. ???
