Every time I try to buy alcohol at this Target, it takes around 20 minutes just to get someone to unlock the case. I’ve asked multiple times and nobody shows up or they send someone who never arrives. It’s beyond frustrating and a complete waste of time. Target, you’ve got to do better. This has happened more than once

I visited this store in the afternoon and had a great experience. Compared to the other North San Jose location, this one is smaller but it was well-organized. Super easy parking, not busy at all, and everything was fully stocked. The staff at the counter were so nice and helpful, really made the visit feel easy and friendly.

Target store in Milpitas is nice and orderly arranged. Employees are polite and prices are competitive or better than many drug stores and grocery stores.

This place is a mess. At least one self checkout is always down. Even when functioning, if you make an error and have to wait on an employee, half of the front end staff will just stare at you while they call the designated person over to fix their machines issue. Why can't this person stay posted at the area?
Additionally, their carts are all busted and need their wheels replaced, most of their action alleys are against fire code and only allow one cart through them, they stack pallets next to poles that also make the food section a nightmare to navigate.
Stay away from this location. The local Safeway and even Walmart are cleaner and nicer than this place.

Yesterday I bought apple gift card $50 ,
Surprised to me , was fake .
I try redeem the card the code was invalid . I called apple NOT solution, I called tarde costumer service , NOT solution no matter what the coroner service people was nasty , terrible. my first day on California

Has a customer who's always going to this target with my pet and I'm always maintaining to keep control of him that he's not causing anything yet we were also kicked out again from the Target that I need to get stuff from but after this incident and I yeah one star

Always clean.. now that we're entering a solid post-COVID era, they seem fully staffed, more checkout lines are open, more friendly staff members greeting and taking care of the store. I love the Pick Up and Drive Up options.

Terrible. Only two registers were open and there was a giant line down the aisles. Even the self checkout line was unusually long. I’m not sure what the reasoning is, but I only needed to buy one item and I wasn’t going to wait an hour for it. I left and went elsewhere.

This Target is supposed to be open until 11pm according to its online hours. However, the employees decided to close early at 9:45pm on a Saturday night because “they feel like it.” They refused to let me in at 10:01pm. I will never return to this location. Very disappointing and be warned if you try to shop here.

This isn't my usual Target, but I always make a point to visit when I'm in town. It's well stocked, and on weekdays, it's noticeably less busy compared to the one near my house. Parking has never been an issue here. I'm writing this review because I received exceptional customer service from Daniel at the Starbucks inside. He's incredibly passionate about his work and very friendly. It's rare to find that level of service at a Starbucks within a Target!
