My wife stopped in here to pick up some things, so of course, I gravitated to the seasonal junk food. LOL. It was a breeze at the Self Check Out kiosks.

Service is terrible at this location. They have started to lock up items and no one seems to want to help you. I pressed the button probably 15 times, talked to three different target employees before they finally sent someone over to open the cage. 30 minutes waiting- everyone who we asked for help said it would be there soon and we were stuck waiting. We were told the button doesn't always work and due to staffing cuts it means longer wait times? If you absolutely need to shop here I would only recommend drive-up. However- if only a few managers have a key, I would expect your locked away items to magically be unavailable when you try to pick them up. Also- when you walk to go check out, you are going to hear that same manager and another employee talking crap about you- because how dare you inquire why it takes 30 minutes for someone to unlock the cage.

I went to Target and there were the cutest Valentine's gifts and accessories. I wanted to buy all of it. There was such a wide range of products (from candy to cookware) in the Valentine's Day area. I really enjoy the other products they have as well. This varies from food to skin care products. There were a lot of people today at Target(but it's a Sunday) which is reasonable. Also, sometimes the products at Target can be higher than other stores. That is a con for me. I do think that even though Target can be a bit pricier than other stores, it has great pride in its products and wants to make sure each customer gets the best value. Overall I had a great trip and will be back!

This target is nice but there's a worker who always follows me and my kids and always calls other employees whenever we walk inside the store and always follows us around and has nothing else better to do but only follow us and it makes me really uncomfortable when he follows us and it's not OKAY. I do not appreciate how he follows me around and always looks at me and I will most certainly take it as him following me because im BLACK.

Most of the stuff you want to buy is locked up. So move to online order? They don't know what's in stock and your order will be rejected. This place is crap.

Service: I went to Target at Oakridge Mall in San Jose to purchase an expensive Vacuum Cleaner. The Vacuum Cleaners were locked up like they were jailed. I looked around and didn't see any Target personnel in the vicinity. I understand that there is a lot of shop lifting within our society these days. Why not lock up the shoplifters and leave the merchandise available to easily physically see and touch the item a person wants to purchase. Again, the authorities should lock up the shoplifters. P.S. Amazon will be getting addtional business because shoplifters are constantly getting off without any penalties.

The lady that was working in the customer service department this morning was very friendly. Not sure of her name . Short gal with black pants . Was returning a few items that did not workout. Very kind . Understanding . Patient . Great employee

Bathrooms are HORRENDOUS!!! (Photos taken on different visits). NO toilet paper EVER!!! In ANY of the stalls! Never fails. NO soap!!!! How DISGUSTING! And their employee said they too have to use these bathrooms. (So they can't wash their hands and then have to touch our items including groceries and PRODUCE!) No toilet seat covers because everyone has to use them for toilet paper. Floors absolutely disgusting covered with filth, trash, and even blood, pee, etc. I realize the patrons trash the place but this level of filth is next level and Target should feel ashamed. Always smells. CLEAN AND STOCK YOUR BATHROOMS THROUGHOUT THE DAY TARGET! THIS IS NOT SANITARY!!

I've come to this Target so much that I never thought I would have to write a bad review. I would give this manager who works at guest service -1 because of how she was speaking to me. A little backstory, I recently checked my bank and I got frauded $139 from a different state and they had tried the best they can to help me with to try to reverse the money back to my card and they couldn't. So they told me to head over target to dispute it with them. So after I went to this specific target and planned to do some Christmas shopping after. This one manager, I explained to her that I'm getting a new card very soon and that I got frauded from a different state at a different target. And when she was talking to me, she had her arms crossed and gave me an excuse to not give me a customer service number nor was she nice about it. I was told by my bank to head over to target so they could help me, but it seems that I went this worse target that I will not be bringing my husband nor my son to go shopping at. She had a really bad attitude and arms cross, you don't talk to customers like that when they are trying to get anything resolved. I really hope that she doesn't talk to anybody else that way. Because she does a really bad customer service and the fact that is how she talks to. Don't know how many people she has already spoken to. By the way, her name is Caroline, has brown/black long hair w/ a plain/graphic sweater and works at guest services as a manager. I used to work at retail and I don't speak with my customers like that nor do I cross my arms w/ an attitude. I will call someone else to assist me. But if she continues to work there, I will not be there. If I could give 0 stars, I would give her -1 for speaking to me like that with several customers there. I was a value customer whenever I shop with my husband and son whenever we're done shopping at the mall. But now, I don't care if you're stressed out from retail but you can't speak to anybody with crossed arms and an attitude. Tbh if she had a bad day, talking like that besides me, she would have gotten into trouble.

this store is ridiculous and scam. a beanie showed 40% off but we scanned it to check price. it read $11.40. the price tag said $10. we asked the worker and she couldn't explain why this happen and wouldn't honor the 40% off. She was so lazy about everything. Can you imagine how many things they do this with? Target does this a lot but Aura should be trained to follow the rules on the signs behind her. Ive had to have workers fix prices all the time. She just kept saying I don't know and can't do anything. Then when I made a comment about the cost being more than the tag she said oh yeah we can't do anything about that you have to take it up with customer service, she is customer service. Don't trust Target.

I did not have a great experience at this target, I went to buy ornaments I asked a sales associate if they had the regular ornaments of reds and greens he said "we are trying to get rid of what's out here's first so probably not." ... does that makes sense to you Mr. Target Corporation?" Then I purchased my few items I then realized I was not given the 30% off for the ornaments. I go back to the associate who rang my purchase after 15 minutes and said if I have the circle app on my phone??? That's the only way I will get my discount???? I told the associate so if a customer doesn't have the circle app you don't get the discount?? She gave me attitude. Seriously Target!!! I am not going to lock into your circle app on my personal phone. Another thing you have people going back and forth watching people like if they're going to steal when in reality Target you're the ones stealing from the working class!!! Thieves!!! The only person that was able to help was customer service I guess that's why the young girl is there, you should pay her more, she's the one cleaning up the mess.

good luck getting help from anyone, the isles are usually sold out of everything & for months I occasionally go to the dog area for wipes, eye drops or some puppy teething toys and they never carry any of it even though they offer a wide selection of items. press the get help button in isle and no one shows up, I go home and call the store to voice my concerns and I do not get an answer from a single department, they have plenty of staff to answer phones, help, or order items. it's like no one runs the inventory. where are the managers?

Worst Target in the area, in my opinion. My experience there tonight was not good. First two of the three things I ordered for pickup, which were shown as available when I ordered them, were not available. Then every employee I encountered to pick up that one item was bored and disinterested.

The place is decently maintained. Dont get me started about management. It's retail, management is usually awful. I know people who work there, who tell me stories about management and how the workers are treated. At the end of the day it's not the best.
