This is a long overdue review. Stayed there about six months ago and I know the reviews are crappy but I enjoyed this hotel. It's sort of a diamond in the rough from the outside. It's nice and on the inside it's decent I enjoyed my stay it was cleaned had no problems will return every room has a bathtub the size of a hot tub which I enjoyed very much a good stay

I booked online a month in advance for my stay. Upon arrival there were cones in front of the driveway, I walked to the lobby area to see signs on the door saying "Hotel closed knock for delivery only". I knocked anyways and a security guard came out. He said the hotel shut down a week ago and they didn't cancel any reservations or give any refunds and that I need to contact the agency I booked through for a refund. Do not book this hotel!

Hotel is CLOSED. I had a confirmed reservation through a major travel provider and found on arrival that the doors were locked and a security guard informed me that the hotel had been closed for weeks. After hours trying to cancel with the site I booked through, I came to understand that the hotel had not informed third party booking sites of their closure, hence the site listing the hotel as open/available and not helping people rebook. Do not book!!

The only good things about this place were the proximity to the SAP center for the hockey game and included parking. Even then, I would not stay here again. When we arrived we were told we’d have to wait for our room to be ready despite getting there after check in time and booking at least a month or two earlier. The website stated to call for potential early checkin, and when I did I immediately got a no with a laugh. The beds were not comfortable, no comforter was provided (only a thin blanket and sheet that were too short), and the pillows felt cheap. You could hear people walking around above you. The elevators also won’t working. Lastly, the hall way smelled strongly of weed despite no smoking rooms next to us.

The worse hotel I've ever stayed at, the service, the heater not working, the guy working at the front desk was really rude, only to me and Prejudice towards me, though, I Even spoke Spanish with him and I have blonde hair, he was still extremely rude to me, and the jacuzzi jets in the tub were not working. Also some weird red stains on the carpet, but after I checked in and after I left the room for a few minutes. Total discrimination and harassment towards me, very, weird place. I was Really nice to him and the rest of the staff and he was still Really awful to me.

Questionable electricity connection, locked ourselves out of the bathroom, The beds were unrealistically soft and the pillows were harder than the beds were.Oh! And the only elevator is broken. But they have really nice jacuzzi tubs!.. with the controls outside of the bathroom.Noteworthy details: They had self serve laundry available. They had uncoeristically nice jacuzzi tubs that fit 2 with legs out, or 4 scrunched up.

This is nothing like the pictures. It needs to be torn down. The elevator was out of service, so I needed to walk up 3 flights of stairs with my luggage in tow. After the 2nd level, you have to take the emergency stairs. The room smells horrible, the carpets were filthy, and the room was unsanitary. The check-in clerk was very non- chalant and inattentive. Stay away from here if you can help it.

The rooms are old could use painting, new electrical covering the looked bery old and dirty. The towels that were provided were very thin. 2 square little pillows, bed was uncomfortable. Every room has a hot tub but you had to pay a extra 20.00 to be able to use the jets. Someone in our party paid that extra 20 but jets didn't work. If I had wanted to use the hot tub I wouldn't have...the tub was definitely old and didn't really look clean. The worst part was their elevators did not work..it was a hassle to have to make a couple trips to get your luggage to your room.

Honestly, this hotel was gross! We wore our shoes in our room the entire time because it was that dirty. There was what I can only imagine to be blood on the carpet (see pictures). Additionally, the jacuzzi tub advertised was disgusting and old. The room had broken curtains with stains on them. The staff was not great and there was a long line at 4pm to check in because nobody was there before. It was located next to the SAP center and a big Whole Foods, which was about the only thing this place has going for it.

My family and I have been staying here for 25+ years. Used to be great! After our recent experience, we will never stay here again! $50 extra if you want to check in early, $20 extra if you want to use the jets in the tubs! They no longer serve breakfast. Super shady! Upon checking in, the guy behind the front desk and a customer were exchanging words, I had to immediately take my kids outside to get them away from that situation! Upon spending an extra $50 to get into my room early, there was open food in the fridge, mold covered the bathroom wall and ceiling, towel holder in the bathroom was completely rusted! Walls had peeled paint, patches everywhere where old things may have used to hang! Light fixtures were missing covers. It’s obvious that the hotel doesn’t care. I mean look at all the 1 star reviews it’s getting constantly! I have so much more negative things to say since my family members also were in rooms and 1 group of us literally had to go to the best western because the non-smoking room, smelled worse than a casino! My nephew with asthma couldn’t handle it. Front desk said sorry, you already sat on the bed and disturbed the room therefore we cannot refund you! It took a really mad grandpa to get the room refunded. DO NOT STAY HERE! PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SPEND THE SAME AMOUNT AND GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL!

I had planned a trip to San Jose and was checking all my emails to ensure I didn't miss anything when I saw the minimum age to check in was 21 and I am 18. So I called the hotel to confirm this and the first time they hung up on me. The second time they quickly answered with "what do you want?" and so I asked if the age limit was true and he said "yeah" and hung up on me again. I understand if there are policies but there is no need to be rude. I quickly canceled the room and will not attempt to do business with them even after my 21st.

Got there around 2 and asked to check in early. Guy at the desk was very rude. No hello or anything. All he said was, no early check in. Not until 4.Came back at 3:30 and a very long line of people waiting to check in at 4. Nobody was accepted a minute before.Jacuzzi hot tub/shower didn't drain properly, so couldn't even enjoy the hot tub.Bed wasn't comfortable at all. Blanket wasn't even thick enough.Patches on the carpet dragged the room decor down.We read a lot of bad reviews of the hotel from others and we still took a chance. Wish we hadn't because it was not worth our stay for one night.
