If you are open, you need to be open. Pay attention to your customers. Best of luck figuring it out. I think I will stick with Almaden. Cheers!

Terrible service. Messed up every single order. Blamed us for them bringing the wrong beer after they lost our ticket. Rude wait staff. Top 3 worst service I have ever received.

Great place to grab a beer before heading to downtown events.

The food here was delicious. I really enjoyed everything I ordered. The nachos were exceptionally delicious and the cauliflower fritters were also great. I didn't have anything to drink because it was the middle of the day but the cocktail menu looked interesting. It was kind of empty in the middle of the day for lunch. It seemed like the people who were there didn't have my reservation about midday drinking and were there to relax and not have a quick lunch. So I thought it would be a fun place if you were looking to hang out. Our service was fine - though I did think he hadn't put in part of our order since I asked where it was and he said "oh a few minutes" and then it came out.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Highly allergic to ginger, so ordered a cocktail without the ginger. Drink still contained ginger so I kindly requested a fresh drink and they refused to give me one, causing a reaction on my end. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR

I wouldn't normally review bars or pubs, but I wanted to bring attention to two food/drink items. BAVARIAN PRETZEL: I know it's a pretzel, but it's a really memorable one. I haven't had that many pretzels to compare, but my party and I thought it was one of the best we've had that we ordered a second one before we finished the first! It's not overly salted and it stayed soft even after we took our sweet time eating it. It comes with a side of their white cheddar sauce and honey mustard. Both were good in their own ways, but the cheese sauce was the winner for us. BRIT NACHOS: They come in a half order or full size. The half order is served on what looked like a 1/8 baking sheet. You can select from pork, beef, chicken, or no meat. They definitely put a lot of toppings on it, but not an equal portion of chips so we were left with a coagulated layer from the shredded cheese and a few soggy chips under it. If I got this again, I would ask for chips on the side or be prepared to eat the whole thing really quickly. Lol SHOT & A PINT DEAL: They offered a shot and pint of beer for $14! There's a list of several hard liquors and beers you could choose from. Definitely a steal compared to other places in downtown for sure. We really liked their outdoor patio. It's covered above, but open on the side so that there's fresh air all around you. The server came around to check on the other patrons so we were able to catch him whenever we wanted to order. I don't recall the exact number, but there's about half a dozen tvs surrounding the outdoor with different sports on concurrently if you don't want to miss out. All in all, good chill hang out place with decent prices and good pretzels!

We recently planned and executed a wonderful company event at The Brit! The owner Jasbir was so helpful and accommodating, and our group of 100 people had fun with dinner and karaoke (hired separately) on the patio. The bar itself is lovely and the patio had heaters so everyone was comfortable despite the January weather! The servers did a great job keeping on top of the many orders - a big kudos to them! I just want to thank Jasbir for his prompt and polite communications leading up to the enchanted evening and for giving our team an exceptional time! I would definitely encourage groups to book an event at The Brit :-)

Good pub atmosphere. Bangers & mash were spot on; wish they had peas, but no biggie.

Not sure what happened to Britannia Arms...the Brit is like a weird imposter that has some good points. We had a group of 3 on a Sharks game night, tried to order via mobile but had a waiter put it in instead. After an hour of no food we left after asking for the bill for just the drinks (took 25 min and two orders for those). One party member ordered online after we put in with the waiter and actually got decent fish and chips. By decent they were ok but a poor breading and too oily. Staff tried three times to deliver the wrong drinks and food, only to leave then take the food back with no mention about our food. Overall just weird and the waiter blamed it on the kitchen before disappearing for the last time. Oh - we never got the actual bill just some extra complaining after we left more in cash than the drinks with a tip. I am not sure I have had a worse experience in the last few years. Probably won't be back until they figure it out. The group ended up eating at Chipotle and barely making the game, pretty sad.

Love the atmosphere of this place! The food here is amazing too. There is a variety of food options to choose from. Food and drinks are all reasonably priced. Super friendly staff as well. Highly recommend going here if you’re in the area.

This seems like a local/neighborhood type of bar, but this place gets so busy before Sharks games that it's so hard to get food and drinks at a timely manner. The food was ok, nothing worth mentioning and it took about 15-20 mins to get 3 orders of beer, grated it was busy when we got there, but in that time frame it cleared out quite a bit. I don't know if I'll be back, I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt that they were slower just cause it was a game day.
