Went there to visit and find that the item in this store are really expensive. I know they are on a prime location but some items are triple than what I can find outside in another store. Just think their price might be a little lower.

Please advise Bridget that closing time is 7pm NOT one minuet before, five or ten minuets before. This isn’t the first time she pulls this. There are reasons the store has posted hours! If you’re not going to go by your posted hours then change them on the door. Poor customer service! Lost out on a $1000+ sale as I knew exactly what I was buying.

Our experience with this store’s customized closet service has been a nightmare. Half done closet due to last minute back order noticed at installation date. 3 unusable cubes caused by designer’s mistakes with dimensions. Promised refund ETA keeps missing until today.
What left us ultimately speechless was that when we visited for help, the stuff told to our faces there was ABSOLUTELY NOTHING they can do, and we are stuck with the designer indefinitely. I had to believe that was a lie because otherwise the store’s operating model would be a completely failure .
We deeply regret our choice and wouldn’t recommend the store to anyone unless they enjoy disasters in their life.

This is a great place, if you want anything to organize your home. The place is nice, clean, and of course organized. They have everything you may need including; boxes, shelves, containers, organizers for every room (bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, office, etc.). They also have several styles, materials, sizes, and price. If you are a neat person who love your place organized, you will definitely love this store ❤️

I made an in-home appointment almost a month ago and never got a call or a voicemail from the store after that. I clearly remember the representative I spoke with saying my appointment was booked and she had also confirmed the address. Suddenly, out of the blue I get an email saying there was an appointment scheduling error and that they do not have an address or any information pertaining to that appointment and are overbooked that day currently. I called the store at the number provided in the email and got to know that in-home appointments might be booked until end of October. I have been trying to schedule an appointment with container store for close to 2 months now. I am neither able to book online because of website issues nor able to do over phone. This is the second time my appointment was booked correctly but later canceled by the store citing scheduling issues!
With the kind of bad experience I have had with just booking an appointment with the store, I wouldn’t want to proceed with designing the closets in my home. I dread how it would be to get the container store closet solutions delivered and installed!! I would never recommend this store to anyone and might as well go with other brands that know how to treat their customers right.

Best product is Elfa although pricey. Parking is no longer free so have plan shopping trip accordingly.
