Don't come to this place... walk in and canceled my membership the girl I spoke too said it was good too go it's been canceled so thinking walk in would do... I get texts from them saying there "flexis" called again and said I already had canceled she said agree that yes my membership has been canceled well yesterday look into my account.. they charge me for 4 months!!!! $360 for something I didn't even USE!!!! They took my money go anywhere else but here! Asked for that girl who I spoke too she's not even there... they all need too very fired or loose business somehow...

PLEASE BE CAREFUL** Don't trust what they tell you, read the papers you sign carefully, don't let this happen to you, I got a membership for 2 months because it was cheaper for me according to what my arm needs, with the time my pain was worse after a month of twice a week adjustments ,here they do nothing but adjustments, they are not professional chiropractors, I never had an exam to know where the pain was coming from just by touch. I didn't cancel the membership because I knew I had commitment that it was only two months according to what Mr. Joshua told me. In the 3rd month they charged me again, I spoke and they told me the opposite and that I had to go sign a paper but they did not return the money even if it barely started the month. I'm just leaving this here because if you read the comments you'll find out that I'm not the only one who was fooled.UPDATE:Thanks for responding, the system wouldn't let me do the update. At first I didn't demand anything, you were the one who decided to talk to me. And I thank you for returning the money since it was your staff who recognized the bad information given to me and my mistake for trusting and not reading the papers. I appreciate you taking the time to find out and do the right thing, in change of updating my review. I hope your staff is better informed and able to explain your company's policies. Because it is not the same to put it in the reason for cancellation." She thought her policy was two months" but "she was told policy is two months. Thank you.!

I got an adjustment by Dr. Joshua Wood at the Plant for the first time today. He read my file before he started working on me. I told him about my scoliosis and he took his time with each inch of my spine to make sure that his adjustments to the areas were taking hold. VERY thorough. He is a very intuitive chiropractor. I will be calling ahead to make sure he is on site when I get my adjustment. Thank you Dr. Wood!

Dr.Remillard is the BEST! Even though I have a closer “the joint” to me I always come to see Dr.Remillard. He’s extremely personable, knowledgeable, listens to the patients needs, and always sends me home feeling better than when I came in. I always make a purpose to see Dr. Remillard in a weekly bases. I truly appreciate his care.

I was desperate for some relief from some neck and shoulder pain I often get from work and having minor scoliosis. My pain has gotten increasingly better within just a few visits. I stepped into this office about a month ago and now come consistently. I would 100% suggest Dr. Remi. His adjustments are chiefs kiss and he always sounds like he knows what he’s talking about. 10/10 would recommend.

If your having any kind of back problems, joint problems, or even having difficulty moving like you used too. This is the place to come too. I had really bad lower back problems going on for a year. I tried all kinds of different stretches and massages. But they didn't work. Until I came here they helped me feel back to normal in just a few seasons. Great staff, great vibes and great service. I've been coming here for a few years now and I feel great after every session!

First time ever going to a Chiropractor and man did this place make it simple and easy to understand!Dr. Wood was my first doctor and I've stuck with him since because he's easy to talk to, knows what he's doing, gets you in and out quickly but is thorough, and overall makes the visit as smooth as possible. If this is your first time too, I'd highly recommend going to him! ?

The joint chiro had a promo this January to buy 10 months of chiro and get 2 months free. I bought their promo unfortunately they never give the 2 months free. Little that I know they even ended my benefits after 7 months. When I called them about this they gave me explanations completely different from the time I had signed up. I was told they will give me a call back but they never did. I can't believe I got into this. My son and I will never go back to this place. They rather cheat their customers for $ than provide customer satisfaction. They even charged my credit card without my authorization.
