Huyen always helps me when I come in. She always greets me with a smile and a kind word. Service is fast so I go to this location although it's a bit further. Never had problems with parking.

I hate everything about this company. I ordered some products from the Netherlands and surprisingly it got here at amazing speed, but the delivery driver would not give it to me. He said I owe 75 dollars but could not tell me why, he called his supervisor and she gave me false information about the seller having to authorize the delivery. I agreed to pay the fee not knowing what it is and was told they only take checks and money orders, as if we were living in the 1950s and have these readily available to us after banking hours. They then said I don't actually owe anything but the seller needs to authorize it. I did some research found out that it was because it was from out of the country. Perfect, checked to see if I can pay it, guess what the department closes early because EST schedule and the website wont accept my payment online. I call in, get to talk to 4 nice people 1 not so nice, obviously in another country that will not be named or at least he was originally from there to get my chain yanked for almost an hour and a half to be told sorry the department that takes the payment is closed call again and wait in line tomorrow. What a big F U to the customer. I hope FEDEX gets their things together and takes UPS out of the running as a whole because they do not deserve to be a big player, hell DHL has more respect for their customers and dare I say it Amazon is probably one of the best now. Way to go UPS you've failed miserably and I've lost all respect for you not that you care, you just want my money.
