I had a great experience here. We ordered quite a few Mexican tiles. I looked high and low online for the tiles, and everyone had a 6 to 12 week lead time. I ordered all the tiles I wanted at Tile Depot, and they showed up in three days. Some of the tiles I ordered did not line up with each other when we tried to repeat the pattern. They exchanged them without any fuss and even did a rush order so we could get them installed. Customer service without outstanding. I’ll be ordering from them again.

These guys are great. I did my walkway in Spanish clay tile, and they delivered. I had issues with my tile layer but Tiledepot helped me when I was in a jam. I'll go no where else to buy authentic Spanish tile.

I had a really bad experience in this store.Selected and paid for the tiles on Monday. The guy at the counter took the money (100%), checked on availability and said the tiles will be delivered in a few days. I went to the store on Friday to pick up my tiles. He checked my order and said he won't be able to fulfill my order. It turns out that they never had those tiles!! So all that inventory checking while taking my money was a sham. On top of that, they didn't even bother to call me to tell me that they had made a mistake. It messed up my remodeling schedule completely.On top of that, the guy at the counter was really arrogant and uncourteous. He wouldn't admit they messed up. (Even though he was the one that took the order). He wouldn't apologize. I asked for the manager - he said he was the manager!!

Just redid our bathrooms. The guy at the front was very helpful especially when the designer we hired was not of much help when we had a time crunch. Truly appreciated it and will definitely use them again!

I have been ordering tiles from Sal many times. He is very helpful. I only need to call him and tell him what I need, he promptly send me the invoice. In a few days, my contractor is able to pick the tile up from his store. I highly recommend Tiledepot.

I will nerver recommend Tile Depot to anyone because of what i have been through with them so far. Called over 15 times but zero responds regarding my order which was supposed to get delivered a week ago.
