Literally, no one works at this location.I tried to call to ask if an item is in stock.The phone rings and rings and eventually, someone picked up and just hung up.So I went in person, and it took an hour to get an employee at customer service.Terrible store, save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

The only reason they get 1 star is because I can not give a -10 , as we know customer service has always sucked at this location but today they sucked even worse. The lack of customer service goes well beyond any other retail big box I have ever been to god bless Lowe's as I will never ever step foot In A Home Depot again . Thank you Home Depot for leading me to Lowe's

While I was shopping inside Home Depot ( White Rd. San Jose) I noticed on the HD app a "special buy" for an M12 drill combo with a free tool. When I tried to purchase the tools. I was denied and told it's an online order only and that I would have to place the order now and wait an hour to pick up. I asked an Assist Manager who was of no help to honor the purchase that's on the Home Depot app and ultimately I was denied. I was pretty frustrated that Home Depot wouldn't Honor there own advertisement. When I asked the Assistant Manager, where on the app does it say its' online or the disclaimer he couldn't find it. If it is true and it's only an online purchase, Home Depot should state that on their phone app in big wording. Not only was I going to purchase the combo kit but I was also going to purchase a few more Milwaukee tools. True customer service would have been to honor the purchase and educate me for future purchases. But no, a simple brush off was efficient for Home Depot and I walked out with nothing. So for everyone who considers purchasing a "Special Buy" it means online only. Hopefully I can save you the heart ache and trouble.

honestly, I'm at a complete loss here I pick out a faucet take it up try to scan it. I'm told they have a "stop sale" and will not sell it to me. OK go back pick out different faucet. same result. WHY ARE THEY ON THE SHELVES!! The 2 star average is way over rated. I would give them negative if Yelp would let me.

Horrible experience on Curbside pick up,1hr waiting on just a spray bottle.I would have gone inside but both of my kids were asleep. The app didn't let me cancel my order.Called the store, machine answers then it says it will connect you with the right person, nobody ever picked up.I can't believe I have a PRO account here. What a joke.

I bought a refrigerator a month ago. It was delivered upon looking at it, I realized it was not the one I ordered. It so had a small dent on the front of the panel. I went to the store on Story Rd to tell th I got one that I did not order They sent me a cheaper one. They said a supervisor was going to Call me. No one ever did. I went back a week later, they said they couldn't do anything since their return policy was a three day window. I paid for a higher end refrigerator but received a lower quality refrigerator with a dent.

First I would like to say I've been waiting on leaving this review because I've tried to resolve this on my own but I've had no luck so here we are. I purchased a refrigerator last Fall and it doesn't work. Also, I asked multiple people (including the sales associate that helped with the paperwork and the floor sales team around refrigeration) about the water line that was needed for the ice maker, and I was told multiple times that they would assist us in setting this up. I double checked and asked are you sure I do not need to get a plumber, they responded each time with a confident "no, we will help set this up". This was not true. On the delivery day , when I asked the team setting up the fridge, they said no they do not provide that service and that home depot lied. Now back to the main problem -the fridge simply does not work. When I reached out to home depot, they said they were not responsible, and to go to the manufacturer, which I did. And when I went to the manufacturer, they said they were not responsible and that home depot is! So now I'm stuck with a broken fridge, thanks a lot home depot!

This Home Depot have horrible services. On 08/29/2022, I saw the vanity display at this store, I asked the lady help me check this item have available or not, they have 5 in stock but they weren't pull out yet. The lady recommended me order and pick it up on the next day. I paid 2 of them. She said the customer service will email to me when the order ready for pickup. Today, I come to this store to ask my order is ready or not. I see young lady, she says they don't have any more in stock, she doesn't check, but I see they still have one. I show it to her, she just say they just pull it out. She doesn't care about customer. That is not big deal for me. When I ask her pick one on today, and I can wait the other one when they have restocked. She is uncomfortable for that, and I ask someone can help me loading it. She just say "no" . If I want it, I have to do by myself. That is really the horrible service. What is the customer service do at this store? I didn't see any negative stars for feedback for this store. Really bad service.

Horrible . My husband has gone back 3 times now to buy lumber. Each time their isle is closed with no one stocking or doing anything . I dont understand how people are supposed to get what they need when you have isles closed and your workers not working the isle. Will be giving our business to lowes going foward

I stopped off here on the way back home from a hike to pick up some batteries and some other stuff. They were very busy on a Saturday afternoon. I was not expecting it but the staff was super friendly and helpful...the two people who helped me find what I was looking for and the nice lady at the checkout. Well done team, keep it up!

The most disorganized, dirty Home Depot I've even been to. The staff is hardly available to assist the customer, some have a very poor & condescending attitude when asked for help. I would not recommend anyone to visit this store.

Home Depot is one of those companies that has slipped on quality and service over the last 15-20 years I would say. This story road place is no different. One of the trashiest Home Depots there is. Custom order was shipped, took 2 weeks to arrive for our customer. It arrived damaged, we sent it back to be replaced. Now, two weeks later, Home Depot just REBOXED THE SAME DAMAGED ITEM IN THE SAME ORIGINAL SHIPPING BOX -- Plus added 1 more larger dent in the item and just double taped the torn original box and shipped it back to us... So, over 1 month and our customer still will not have their item to be installed by us. Thanks for making our very professional business seem like a circus! Your high prices should not reflect such low quality services. But let's be real, Home Depot coorporate will never read this and will never care. Just warning others from any special order BS from this company. They are obviously liars and cheats.
