I have two sons and have been coming to this tuxedo place for years since the first son began to need to wear tuxedos for events. This is, has been and will be the only place that satisfies us in tastes, styles and colors. My second son is the same, he doesn't want to go anywhere else other than here, he leaves completely happy, they take care of us extremely well, they are very friendly and they give you the confidence to say that you like it, that you don't like it, etc. and apart from that, the lady always she does everything to find what you are looking for ? everything at a very reasonable price and everything of excellent quality ??… I also go to her for my alterations in my pants she helps you with absolutely everything and you get the cut or hem Beautiful and exact ? Previously I went to another place to trim my pants and they didn't help me at all, I had to measure myself (this causes both sides to not fit exactly) they gave me a date to pick them up and when I went they didn't even know what pants they were and they couldn't find them and when they found them they didn't have them made ?.NOT HERE ! There was NO FAILURE IN ANYTHING here ??? I HONESTLY RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY

Please be advised the hours on the website are not correct.We went to get a tux for my son's high school prom. The lady was super helpful and the process easy. The various tuxedos are on display. Pick a jacket, pick a color for the tie and vest, take some measurements and you are done. I think we were finished in 15-20 minutes. ?The service was excellent.

Experience was and is terrible.!!! Paid for dress paid for alterations that we not even done at all. Then was charged again for alterations because they can't find recite. At this point I don't want this dress my son's wedding is this weekend and this place ruined my dress. The young girls who work there are very rude!!!! Do not get anything from this place!!!!!

Came for prom dresses in person super last minute and they were very helpful! They helped me tie the dresses and zip them up, brought me many options and did their best to help me find the one I liked best. They went to the back to check if they had my size… Literally did what a good dress store keeper would?. The two ladies were funny I had a good time even though shopping stresses me out… Im surprised to see they have many low reviews, honestly they were nicer and more attentive than the other stores I went to try and shop at… Prices were average. 5/5

This review is way over due! Thank god for this place! They saved us from a quince disaster! We initially took my son to this "scetch" place on 20 something! Nothing was ready! So we had to go to call around and see who could help us. Really, truly appreciate them! Thank you!

It is slightly cheaper than other places but the material of some of the pieces of the tuxedos look cheap. In general it looks good for kids going to a prom.

It's the second time i get a dress from here & i should have learned from my first mistake. CHEAP CHEAP dresses the quality of the material is so bad. The dresses look nothing like they appear ohh & they're so expensive. Definitely not worth it.

Customer service was horrible! The lady working did not look interested in helping us at all. We scheduled an appointment but still had to wait as she helped someone that got there after us. She had me put on a white t-shirt and then put the dress over it, which made no sense. She was so careless and rough when she was helping me get in and out of dresses. (They were quinceañera dresses which require help) She didn’t even bother tying up the dresses correctly. One of the dresses had needles in it which caused it to poke me. Would not recommend!

Perlita saved the day for us! We ordered my daughter's ball gown dress there and we thought that it fit her fine when we picked it up 2 weeks prior to her big party but 2 days before the event, I had her try it on. I'm so glad we did because she had lost some weight and it didn't fit well anymore. I went into panic mode and went back to Perlita the very next morning. She was kind enough to come in early and was so helpful! She altered the dress within one day! She saved the day for us! My daughter wouldn't have been able to dance her Cotillion. Thank you so much, Perlita! You went above and beyond and we can't thank you enough! We will definitely recommend you to our friends.
