Workers talk bad about customers…My mom ordered a few body scrubs through pick up. I decided to look around the store for some skin care while my mom was picking up her order. When I was waiting in the line, the workers were talking bad about “the lady with glasses who got the body scrubs” and I immediately knew it was my mom. I listen in their conversation and it really hurt me how they were calling her names and a one worker said “stop that’s mean.” They also said that she gives off the vibes that she resells the body scrubs which I believe it’s rude to assume what customers do with the products they purchase. When it was my turn to check out, they were still talking about my mom and I decided to say something while holding back tears. The worker just said “oh ok” like they weren’t just talking bad about her. I know it’s not a big deal but this experience really hurt me I just hope that those workers will learn respect customers and don’t make assumptions about them .

First time getting my eyebrows laminated and Andrew did an amazing job! He explained each step he took and I was a little skeptical at first but you really have to trust the process! He did an amazing job, in love with my eyebrows and will definitely be back for his services ?

Damaris did a wonderful job with my hair and makeup. I requested Curling Hair Styling and Everyday Makeup Application. I wore my dress, so that she could apply matching eye shadow. I realized that blending blue isn’t an easy task, but she knew what she was doing! The cherry on top was that Damaris and I held a memorable conversation during our the appointment. I appreciate how open she was to sharing stories!

I got my hair done elsewhere and sadly did not turn out great. I came to this Ulta and spoke with Edgar, he gave me awesome advice and I came back and he basically resurrected my hair! I’m so happy with the result! Edgar is amazing. Honestly, everyone there who helped me was very kind and approachable. Book the amazing Edgar! I’ll be continuing my hair care here for sure ☺️ before and after photos!

Staff always stares when you don't wear makeup lol like sweetie, this is the ghetto Ulta. And the Staff employs LP tactics rather than give customer service. I do drag and know my stuff, but they wouldn't know because they never get to build that rapport due to their judgements of me being a thief, rather than a shopper. Additionally, security has been the only person to greet me and my group.

I went in today and the girls and a guy were more busy talking about a "robbery" they had than helping. The girls also treat/look at you like you are not good enough to shop there. ?

My aunt and I went in to look for a murad product that happen to be on sale on Wednesday (I did not know) I asked an employee for help but she basically refused to help me. So another employee walked up and asked if I needed help, she looked for the product but they were sold out. She went out of her way to try to order the product on the registers for me but again it was sold on online she then called two stores to see if they had the product and the first one didn’t but the second store did, she then asked if they could keep it on hold for me. I have had several issues with an online order. I received damaged product, followed exchange/ return policies, had several issues with delivery, and received wrong item after all the hassle. Mind you, I had already spoken to Ulta CS services twice in the past week to fix all above issues, which they confirmed were resolved. I called Ulta on Curtner to get help on what do and received the best customer service from Anahi. She listened and helped me sort out the exchange/ return issues I have been having with mailed orders. She was very attentive and thorough in explaining the processes and provided helpful suggestions on steps I can take to fix things.

The chasier ladies are so rude ! This is the second time I have experienced this ! I mentioned to Jaqueline I would be paying with Apple Pay and noticed her system was not working, I mentioned there was a problem with the system and she completely ignored me and said I should stop moving my device and it might work. I mentioned to her normally in other places there shows a light and in her system it wasn’t, she completely ignored me and started having a conversation with some other client in the back of me, while I was having issues and she is “changing me” for my purchase. I mentioned again her system was not working and she again ignored me and just said to move to another cashier machine, just the rudest attitude !This is not the first time I have had issues regarding attitude with the cashier ladies at this store ! As I am reading other comments this seems like a continuum issue that should be brought to attention !Where is the customer service we are suppose to get ?!
