There is an African-American woman who I believe is the manager, she never has a welcoming nor inviting energy when me or any of my friends come into the store. I immediately feel judged because she stares us down before saying welcome in. I gave her the benefit of the doubt when I asked her for assistance on a certain product. She said âHold on.â and took around 10-15 minutes until I just decided to ask someone else as I was in a bit of a rush. Not only this but another one of the supervisors who seem to be a Hispanic woman is quite a bit passive aggressive towards some of the other employees. This made mine and my friends visit uncomfortable, and I have gotten various other friends to stop coming to this location.

If you want to talk about the best customer experience, you should go meet Christina, the manager, at this store. She not only helped me find products that were perfect for me, She was accommodating and made my life easy. She called another store and reserve make up items on hold for me that werenât available. She found and tried different makeup shades on my skin which took time and effort and was very sweet in the entire process. She found the exact match for me with her very wise suggestions. I have completely changed my make up process because of her and I will come back and meet Christina and have her test new products on my face because Iâve never trusted someoneâs judgment for makeup since makeup is so tedious. Sheâs a great manager. Her existence has made this store and itâs experience 5 stars.

Its the closes to my house, easy access basically but if I have other options I will avoid picking up my items here.
Staff are rude or maybe stupid. One time one person told me that next time I have to have my ID with me. Which who brings wallet these days. Everything is on my phone.
Another time, i have my ID with me. That staff told me she doesnt need it but next time show my email instead of the text message. Was about to find the email for her but she said no need for now.
What are your rules people? Got no time to waste looking at your make up covered faces. Or you just want to say NEXT time. I really hope theres no next time.

Horrible experience at the Salon, I was there for 8 hours Stylist over bleach my hair,color is different shades,the haircut was horrible un even evrywere. Managers were horrible, unprofessional. Over all Horrible experience, of your thinking of doing your hair there Don't!

I can buy my makeup here love it usually I don't have a problem but today the Filipina lady was very rude kept asking me was I paying with credit card she had mobile device I said no she asked the lady behind me the lady said card yes the said I have to email receipt the again she asked me was I paying credit card I said I'm not using credit card I'm using debit she said well ya she made me so upset I told her just ask are you using card don't say credit card she said something under her breathe I reply you wasted enough of my time I left my product there I was buying 2 mascara blush and a eye shadow I won't deal with rudeness so I bought it on Amazon instead I wanted the product build up my points but that's sad I rather have waited for cashier but she kept bugging me so instead of buying it I left it there I just got off work was the last thing I needed went to Ross lady asked cash or card I told her thank you lady at ultra didn't know I know she wanted for line to go fast but talking under your breathe is a no no I won't spend my money if they are rude so hopefully next time I don't deal with her I'll leave it there I found what I needed on Amazon and it will be here Thursday it will have to do

I went to purchase an item and they required my personal name, number, date of birth etc. and it made me feel scared like why do you need personal information? you just need a bill of sale, a receipt. you can't return cosmetic items, but even if you could all you need is the receipt. I hate this, I feel naked and exposed and I have no doubt they are selling my personal information to weird people and groups I don't even know. I don't want no reward programs I just want companies to respect a woman's privacy, why is that too much to ask! I hate companies like ulta beauty.

Sorry not sorry, Ulta! I came to this location during my lunch break on a Wednesday afternoon (7/17/24) hoping to make a quick purchase to avoid going after work only to see a sign on the door saying theyâre closed until 1pm??? Then, after waiting around for like 10 minutes they announce that theyâll be open at 1:30pm instead. Is this even legal? What kind of retail establishment closes in the middle of the day? Not cool! So much for relying on store hours from Google. Sad we canât rely on stores to be open nowadays when they can just close willy nilly whenever they feel like it.

Happy to report that it appears the staff has been refreshed with the typically-friendly-and-helpful workers I encounter in other Ulta locations.
