The store Canceled 2 of my apts with Alex and said I canceled them. Terrible customer service. If you want a professional establishment, My experience with this Cottle store has been terrible and I wouldn’t recommend it

Usually I get all my stuff through DoorDash, so I was trying to return a blush but I didn’t have the receipt. Julia was so HELPFUL and FRIENDLY!!! She helped to find it on DoorDash app cause it wasn’t on my account and then I was able to return it.

the best cosmetics store ever.
they carry all the cult brands from drugstore (maybelline) to high-end (urban decay). i get my haircare (olaplex), skincare (self tanner, moisturizer) and eyeshadow/mascara here. they carry my favorite YSL perfumes and hundreds of brands.
the girls working here are so friendly. i love the great prices, coupons and the rewards program too. much better than sephora

I recently visited the Ulta Beauty on Cottle Road and had a mixed experience. We found a lotion that was on sale, and even confirmed with an employee on the floor that it was indeed discounted. The employee was kind enough to tell us to just take a picture of the tag and the cashier would honor it at checkout.
However, when we reached the register, everything went smoothly until the manager, Vonny (I believe that's her name, and she appeared to be on the larger side), was called over to approve the price. Unfortunately, she had a very unprofessional attitude. She said she couldn’t honor the sale because the item was mistagged and that customers should be able to read the abbreviated SKU description—which honestly looked like gibberish. The interaction was a bit frustrating, but it wasn't so much about the price—it was more about how the situation was handled.
The cashier and other staff members were fantastic and seemed genuinely embarrassed by how the manager acted. The cashier even apologized, saying the manager's behavior was typical, which was unfortunate.
While this experience was disappointing, it's important to note that this isn’t the norm at this Ulta location. We've been shopping here often and have always had great interactions with the staff. We won't let this one negative experience with the manager deter us from coming back, but I do hope management addresses this type of behavior to ensure a better customer experience in the future.

I went to Farzana for a hair treatment and cut. She was excellent! She took her time, paid close attention to detail, and gave her advice based on my hair type.
This Ulta was also clean and the other staff there were friendly.
