Can always find everything I need, no problems with parking and lots of help from staff. Also did a facial here once with Dermalogica I believe and it was pretty good!Team is always also really nice in terms of helping with products and making sure if I’m not satisfied I can return products with no problem. Also they never run out of anything

Got my hair done by Farzana and she was amazing! Loved how she took my reference photo, assessed my hair type, and put thought into her cut and style to tailor to my hair needs. I left the appointment with some great hair care tips as well. Definitely recommend her 10/10!

This is one of my daughter's favorite stores, but I came to get something for my Mother.. Without my daughter's help, I needed assistance which they gave quickly & cheerfully.. I hit what I needed and felt appreciated myself.. Thanks !!

This store is very well stocked and clean and the manager is very friendly and helpful. However more than once I have been unable to make a purchase because the floor staff are either avoiding me or having a conversation together about their own beauty routine and act like you're interrupting them. (Both had name tags on so I was sure they were both employees) tend to point you in the direction of what you're looking for rather than showing you, let alone knowing where it is, and are not very knowledgeable about products; unable to recommend. The other day the told me they only had one brand of waterproof mascara. Wandered around myself and found plenty.

My experience as a male who came in to purchase an item for my fiancé could have been better. They did find the product I wanted to gift her but not many associates apparently know how to use the register from hearing the conversation while waiting in line. The busy associate who was already helping another customer was the only one between the four. Though everyone here is friendly I think management should be held accountable for the lack of experience between workers. I almost got behind the counter to ring up my purchase myself.

This used to be my go-to but is now the absolute worst Ulta. Either buy online or try a different store. The employees are either useless and condescending or chase every customer down, again with very little help. If you're looking for perfumes, FORGET IT. Even basic items, everything is such a mess or out of stock. It's seriously disgusting in there now, I'd be embarrassed to be employed there. I feel bad for the robotic cashiers. Their signage says they close at 9 Monday through Saturday but they close at 8. And they, of course, we're rude and condescending when I pointed that out to them. Save yourself time and patience, go literally anywhere else.

I don't know why I keep going to this particular store. I wish the floor employees learned how to deal with customers instead of just being useless. Sometimes there is someone knowledgeable, but many times the employee doesn't know how to troubleshoot if a product is not on the shelf, and doesn't know who to ask, or doesn't care enough to ask...The checkout clerks are much better

Hairstylists there are not friendly and treat you like how much they can make off of you. They basically blow you off and don't want to help otherwise. The cashier's are much friendlier but the hairstylists (yes plural) attitude kill the customer service level.

Employees are useless. Nobody knew what a mask was. My husband talked to 1 employee who recommended a lotion when he asked for a clarifying mask, I called and spoke to an employee who also recommended a lotion and face wash when I asked clearly for a pore clarifying mask. It took 30 minutes of my husband in store and me on the phone before one employee with a brain answered the phone and found a clay mask in under 20 seconds. Bottom of the barrel hires. Unless you know exactly what you want just go to Sephora.

Arrived here on a Monday evening around 5:45 pm looking for a specific black head pore scrubber. Their online system indicated that they had the product in stock, but I couldn't find anything in store layout. :(I picked up some hyaluronic acid along the way and was able to ask a staff member for insight on the product I was looking for. Shoutout to Bernadette for going the extra mile with addressing my request! She double checked the store layout and went through the back to make sure about the item. Great customer service!

Disappointed in customer service-really none. Not one employee asked if they could help. I went looking and found two groups of 2-3 employees chatting it up, someone bringing out boxes while the recipient complained about “more”, and a cashier that was doing the best she could with an ever growing line. Very unfortunate as I had more shopping I wanted to do but couldn’t be bothered.
