Worst experience ever. Been charged for a monthly subscription. I reached out to him the same day asking to refund the money because I'm no longer attending the classes. He gave me condition - \\\"if we are not back in the gym by 5/1 i will refund you\\\"... I told him that i need my money back.... No response whatsoever. Will never recommend to anyone

I tried out UMC Bootcamp today, the workout was great. Everything was moving fast, I was sweating and having a good time. Bobby the owner has a gift with motivating and pushing you. I've worked out in gyms for over 10 years and never had a workout like this. Check them out, you won't be disappointed!!

I joined the UMC family in 4 months ago after a trial class with some coworkers and I've been hooked ever since. I have become addicted to the feeling of being strong, fit and full of happy endorphins. Bobby does a wonderful job of being encouraging yet pushing you to get to the next level each and every workout. Each class is different and challenging in its own way. I love having someone skilled who can help me with proper form, who can spot me when I am transitioning to a heavier weight and who is watching so I don't quit working hard. The team bond is so essential - we encourage each other to push through and fulfill Bobby's motto of being better than yesterday. Can't speak highly enough of this program!

I have been coming to UMC for four years now and I average three classes a week. Bobby not only mixes it up and keeps the workouts from becoming boring, he creates routines that are challenging. He has been a wealth of information on nutrition, how to eat to reduce body fat and increase my energy/stamina during our workouts. His Saturday bonus class is an hour and a half long and is well worth the $10.00 he charges for attending it. I have not found another trainer or group class that comes close to his class. My strength has increased, my body fat has significantly decreased and my energy has increased. Great coach!

I was in the process of finding something to belong to that would help with my fitness goals. I came across UMC here on yelp with a friend's review stating her pleasure with the coach and his method so I asked her to join me in a class. That was over a year ago and I have not looked back. Classes follow a HIIT method where the coach carefully chooses activities for us to work large or small muscle groups for 30-45 seconds with cardio mixed in as well. My thoughts are usually start with, "I can do this for 30 seconds" and end up at "this is the longest 30 seconds of my life." I like to think I've got it down and am able to keep up but then he goes and changes it up and challenges the status quo. Ultimately, increasing my strength, my endurance, my confidence, and my overall health. I am amazed at what I am able to do thanks to Coach Bobby. No doubt, he knows his craft. I think he has the superpower of being able to decipher through my whining about whether I need to slow down, modify, or (usually) shut up. He is willing to educate you on your nutrition as well with his BTY group. (Hard core devotees who love sharing the wealth and encourage you along the way.) Definitely worth the value. Good group of regulars. Regular classes are MWF with private lessons available T/Th and bonus class on Saturday. Saturday is usually an elevated level class that is longer in duration and challenging at first. But Boy, does it feel great!

I had been working out at home for over a year, but felt like it was time to push myself more. From my very first workout at UMC, I knew that I would be pushed and challenged. In just 3 months, because of Bobby's encouragement and motivation, my strength and endurance have totally increased. I wake up at 5:30 am excited to go work out - because I know it will be a good one and a great start to my day.

I incorporate the 100 rep philosophy with :30 second rest intervals. Day 1 push/pull. Day 2 sprints. Day 3 arms. Day 4 sprint. Day 5 shoulders/legs. Each session is preceded with warmups and abs. Much better results than regular resistance training. Much better! More muscle soreness as opposed to muscle and joint soreness which hampers my workouts. If you're past 40 like I am, this is by far the best approach to training. Do your regular workouts but apply UMC to them and see the results.
