The owner is one of the best people I’ve ever meet. Very down to earth and helpful. I’ve worked at a clinic where Chris visited multiple times and he was extremely competent and helpful. The doctor at the clinic was excruciatingly demanding but Chris and the owner went up and beyond more than anyone I can ever think can do. Their team has provided me with immense amount of favors. This place is highly recommended!!! Can’t get better!!

Very good experience working with United Medical in the last two days. I wish I found out about the company before I bought a new echo machine. From the owner down to the staff and especially the technician Chris Gonzales, they are knowledgeable, honest, helpful and delivered what they promised. I recommend them highly.

Chris Gonzalez at UMI went above and beyond to assist and answer all my questions.He leads by example.Technical support is crucial to the clinic I work for and and I would always ask for Chris for excellent customer support. Incredible customer service. I bought an ultrasound machine from UMI four years ago and needed a quick repair for my transducer. The whole team not only remembered me from my initial purchase, but seriously bent over backwards to get my probe fixed and back to me in Minnesota in LESS THAN 48 HOURS so it would be ready for my patients. I can't express enough my gratitude for making what could have been a costly and time consuming repair an easy worry free task. Thank you UMI!!

Today Chris visited my office and when I mentioned to him a transfer speed issue, he immediately looked into it and actually fixed it within minutes. I had been struggling with this issue for over a month, so Chris was indeed God-sent, and his helping attitude really saved the day for us. Always ask for him when you need any help. I must say that Chris is a very valuable asset to his company.

Absolutely the best service I've ever received with the purchase of an ultrasound. I have bought ultrasounds over the years from all the leading manufacturers including ATL, Phillips, GE and Simons never experienced this kind of professionalism, not even close. UMI specially Matt, Chris and Shilby are outstanding, They are courteous, true to their word, easily accessible and extremely helpful. I wish I could give them six stars.

Chris came to our office to service our ultrasound machine. He was very professional and explained his findings once he was done. I then had an issue with the machine a couple of weeks afterward and contacted the company. The receptionist quickly got hold of Chris who called me back with the information I needed to get the machine operating again. Very kind staff and Chris did a great job!

This company has been amazing. Their sale staff were kind and courteous. They showed us seven different machines before we found one that would work well for our needs. They spent a great deal of time walking us through the different machines and the options that each offered. They allowed us to bring physicians from our clinics into their offices to try out the machines. We could not have had a better experience.
