Up in Smoke is a shop with an amazing supply of glass. The folks that work there are great, super friendly, very helpful, super chill, and always helpful. They are like friends that you only talk to when you see each other, always talking to customers like a friend. They are curious about how life is going, which can feel like therapy for customers when they get to share their thoughts, even briefly. This makes people feel comfortable when shopping there. The staff knows what they are doing and takes the time to help customers find what they need, ensuring they leave with everything they came looking for. If something is not in stock, they promptly order it from their distributor and it always arrives in a timely manner. Customers genuinely appreciate this shop, with many having shopped there for years, from 2018 to over 20 years. The shop is highly recommended.

Best smoke shop in San Jose hands down. They have American made heady rigs (artist pieces) all the away to cheaper glass for everybody. Bed selection of everything glad pipe bags papers wraps and Z is the best customer service person I’ve ever had shout out Z.
