They're only open Tues through Friday I need help Saturday or Monday nothing works online email nothing works they expect you to be home between 11 am and 300 pm on a weekday when I work. Horrible

Terrible customer service.The customer service has no communication channel with facility centers.They kept lying to the customer that a second attempt was being made at a business location which kept the employees waiting until 8:00 pm.

Let's see... I asked the desk guy to help me with a 135lb package, and he said he could not because of liability. Then he laughed when I got it inside. Asked why, he said I was doing it wrong. Then he said he thought it was going to be rejected for being overweight, to which replied that I weighed it on a bathroom scale at home, since that was all I had. Then he said he could not check, since their scale was broken.None of this was particularly annoying, I just found it funny and wanted to share it.

The staff was very quick and friendly. I forgot to tape up the package, and the lady was happy to help me with it.

Calling this a "Customer Center" is a joke. Service is poor, inattentive, and argumentative. We went to ask some questions about a lost document in a package and the person there was not only unable to help, but rude.

This auto mated service is a joke I read the tracking number 3 times and called three times to repeat the same each time no person. What is this a joke line cause I feel like the joke is on me!!!

I was standing outside my apartment when the UPS truck arrived, but after the driver dropped off the other smaller packages into the locker hub, the driver claimed that he attempted to deliver my package but wasn't able to and drove away. I'm really tired of UPS constantly lying about attempting deliveries. UPS is the only delivery service that I consistently have this issue with and I'm sick and tired of it. Do better UPS.

Driver I guess it was a new route . He decided to return our packet. Didn't even ring our door and we have cameras in 2 different angles. Next day drives by mugging people. UPS YOU NEED TO HIRE PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY WANT TO DO THE JOB AND HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT s#!ty people.

Very helpful, fast, convenient.[This is not a franchise UPS Store, which is sort of a “middleman” whose main focus is on that of any retail store: offering various things like mailboxes, copy machines, computer usage, shipping (of course), receiving your inbound packages (and the top priority of taking customers’ money) - all of which are overpriced, in my opinion, but some of us need to live in big fancy houses.]The UPS Customer Center is the real deal, not a franchise store.They don’t charge for inbound packages and holding them for a few days. Their main focus is on moving our packages efficiently - not on taking our money as a first priority.Sure, they get money, but only as a result of putting their service as top priority. This is why UPSis well established in the fabric of America.[I wish more companies, regardless of what part of the world will be more like UPS with respect to emphasis on being of good, solid service, to not give “income” higher priority than the “outcome” of their efforts. ]This facility reminds me of a federally owned property and building, such as on military bases or the United States Post Office.
