Went in for a simple return of packaged box. The Asian lady at the counter is going to rude to you for no fault of yours. Don’t bother showing any respect to her. Mind you all she had to do was scan the QR code and take the box!

Horrible services at the FedEx store, Excellent service at the UPS Store ❤️I was waiting in line at FedEx, a gentleman in front of me needed the same thing as I did a prepaid envelope shipping from one address to another. 4 employees present (maybe they were working on stuff yet didn’t appear that way). The girl kept directing the older gentleman to the computer, he asked for help and her comment was “I can’t do everything for you”! Rude! I called UPS store on Gateway, the woman answered the phone was amazing and said she would set everything up for me without issue. I left the store yet NOT before giving the gentleman the UPS store information. Go to UPS store they are great ❤️

The lady was rude. She did not accept my Amazon return package because it was put in a plastic bag and not put in a box. I told the lady that it was a mattress, and I was not able to compress and put it back to the original box. Then I went to another store, and they accepted it and did not say any word.

Extremely rude employee! The lady had me wait at the counter for a long time even though there was no one else in the store! Before even walking over to the counter herself, she yelled from far away about getting my QR code ready (for an Amazon return) which I had already pulled up before even entering the store. Never coming back here again!

This is a fake ups, publishing false advertising to attract customers, and the boss inside is very rude, and the staff is also very unprofessional. The service here is so awful and rude，waste time and ignore details.

Worst UPS service at this location I'll ever experience. I've never had any bad experience at any other UPS location except for this one. Rude employee. I asked politely if they can take a package for me, one strip. She said we don't take any package but you can buy one. I look at a small tiny roll of tape for $7.50.

Anyone planning to come to this location should think twice. The staffs and owner are really rude. Looking at the other true honest reviews and how the owner has been responding with fabrications and also leaking personal information says a lot.
