Terrible service just now 8/6 2pm. Female sales person gave me a receipt for 3 items going to 3 different locations with no weights or locations. I have 3 tracking numbers but no idea what belong to which box. I questioned the clerk who just said that’s how it’s done. I asked to at least get a ship to location for each tracking number but she wouldn’t assist. VERY UNHELPFUL!

A few days ago we sent a package at your store, and due to the address being upside down it was not delivered and instead was returned to us. We were charged the full amount to be delivered to Chatworth, CA 91311. If the person accepting the package was paying attention she should have seen the mistake and corrected it. But my experience that day was that the store crew was focused on being the quickest to get there transaction completed. It defies logic to think that we would send a package from 95126 back to 95126, a few miles down the road. It seems
that in reality we would have been better served at the post office!

Service is excellent, fast, & the staff are sweet & professional. I’ve come in a few times needing additional tape to close my boxes & they’re happy to provide. Some UPS locations are weirdly stingy about that.
This is my go-to spot!

I didn't know about the new security policy for receiving packages and I was very confused when they told me they couldn't give me my package. I had picked up the SAME order days ago just fine. It would have been alright if they just told me straight up to return the order, but it seemed like they themselves didn't know how or even want to help me, and a passing delivery worker had to explain it to me. Not a big fan of being treated like I wanted to steal my own package, even after I showed them everything else was in my name and I had the tracking number to prove it.

Associates multi tasking while I waited for a print, despite me saying the printer isn’t working.
Took me 20 minutes, but they couldn’t print a color page. Had to go to different store

Amazon return & shipping experience:
Terrible staff, low interest in serving & care for customers
Returning at this location is so much a pain compared to Whole Foods returns for amazon. The employee made it very hard for me and I had to make multiple trips for packaging the items according to what pleased her. They provide you new requirements every time you go there and create a hassle for returns. Sometimes I feel they do it on purpose to discourage Amazon returns coming to their location.
Shipping experience has been the same; they don't like to box up anything for you even if you pay. They ask you to tape the package after purchasing the label , probably an effort to sell some merchandise.
