THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! Every service they offer is marked up or charged in a way to take advantage of the customer. First experience I had shipping a package within CA, I was quoted $55 for packaging and Ground speed shipping. Fedex with the same packaging and shipping speed is $22! The next time I came was to return an item from Amazon. I did not print the label at home so when I arrived I asked the associate to print the label for me and I would pay the $1-2 it would be (which is already unreasonably priced for a piece of paper with ink on it) to print the label. Instead I was instructed to rent their computer for $5/min, log on to my Amazon account and print the label myself which would cost an additional $1-2 on top of the computer rental fee! This review is intended for this specific UPS location. I have had great experiences dealing with other UPS locations in the bay area, but will definitely be staying away from this one.

The UPS Store on Berryessa Rd is a reliable stop for shipping, printing, and document services. Staff are generally helpful and efficient, especially during weekday visits. The location is easy to find, tucked into the Safeway plaza with decent parking. Services like LiveScan, notary, and mailbox rentals are available, and the store is well-stocked with packing supplies.
While it can get busy during lunch hours, the team does a good job keeping the line moving. We’ve used this location for both personal and business errands, and it’s consistently dependable. The environment is clean, and the staff are familiar with repeat customers. It’s a solid 4-star spot for everyday logistics.

Store will not take Amazon returns in manufacturer boxes, even when that is how Amazon chooses to ship them and says no where in the instructions you cannot do it this way. Tall large Asian man refusing, even though I have dropped boxes of exactly this way at this specific location with other workers.
UPDATE: Drove down the road to UPS on 302 Toyon Ave, the workers took the box exactly as it was zero issues and extremely courteous. Save yourself the time and use the Toyon location.

Do not go here for passport photos. No proper place to take photo, the photo came over exposed and got easily rejected. I had doubts but they were very confident. Avoid for photos.

They charge $2.99 for “computer use fee” on top of the printing fee, and additional fee if you’re sending the document to them to print instead of logging in your account to print

I went to drop off a package, but the store charged $2 to seal my small box, which felt unreasonable. I went to UPS Brokaw instead, where they sealed it for free and advised me to seal it next time. This store's unfriendly policy reflects poor customer service.

I never thought I’d give UPS a 5-star review, but here we are. Other than parking being tough most of the time (pro tip: park in the back), this location consistently delivers excellent service. They always seem to have two employees available to help process shipments, and I’ve never experienced any pushy sales tactics. Sure, it’s UPS policy to sell boxes and tape—they’re a business, not a charity—but it’s all handled professionally and without pressure.

We used to rent a box here, Staff were always nice and helpful. I just wish there were less homeless in that area because my wife was scared to go there at night to pick up packages/mail they are just camped out all over that shopping center.

Do not go here! Me and my husband own a company we constantly ship out packages. Every time my husband drops off packages for me they all start to talk about him in the back as if he was shipping something illegal. I believe they are racist and profiling him because of the way he looks. Super unprofessional and disgusting of them to do that to anybody . Do not go here!

I visited The UPS Store yesterday for notary services, and I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and ease of the process. Within less than 10 minutes, my documents were notarized, and the friendly staff even helped me make necessary copies. Highly recommended! ?
