Extremely rude customer service. I was put off by the negative demeanor of the person who answered the phone. If you are having a bad day, don’t take it out on your customers. I tried to explain my problem and she seemed annoyed.
Update to response: if a customer is confused, please explain the difference without getting annoyed. Again, what bothered me was the rude demeanor of the person who answered the phone. There is no excuse for that.

I dropped an Amazon return off in March, the clerk graciously used their tape to tape off the box because i was unaware that i needed to tape it off before dropping it off. I just recently (May 20, 2025) got an email saying that Amazon even though they had originally refunded the money, was recharging me because they still haven't received the return. It was a $40 item. I've never had this issue before. I will no longer use this location to return Amazon products because there is no reason for Amazon to not have received the product nearly 2 months later.

Great location near by so many resturants and shopping needs. Very friendly and helpful store owners and employees. Highly recommend coming to this location if in the san jose area.

I missed a package and went in to this store to collect the delivery but it wasn't dropped off at the location. Jas is helped me, took down my details and called me the next day when the package was ready for pick up. Great service find my package. I love this store service.

I’m usually assisted by Hina, and as I mentioned before, she always makes doing business effortless. She gives me peace of mind, knowing that whatever I need will be handled correctly and without hassle. Hina is excellent—she consistently goes above and beyond.

The notary public at this location would not accept my military ID. I pointed out that this is a valid government issued photo ID. She checked with someone using FaceTime who also thought that military IDs are insufficient forms of ID. Imagine how you'd feel if the ID that usually opens doors and grants privileges is suddenly being considered an unacceptable form of ID. I had to drive home to fetch my passport. In addition to being a waste of time I find this to be a slap in the face. I'd recommend staying away from this store altogether.

They will try to find weird excuses for not taking amazon return shipment. This can be anything from box size, taping, bar code reader, original box, packaging etc. They dont want amazon return business and waste customers time.
I had taken same package to other location and completed return in 1 min.
Avoid this location for amazon returns.

I came at this store for years and always had a great experience both shipping my own packages and sometimes returning Amazon packages. I came early this week with 60lb box to return to Amazon, had the barcode on my iPhone but the employee asked for a printout which I did not have. He offered to print the label for me a $3.50 all while being rude and condescending. I went back home with the package and came back today with the print out. The same guy handled my package in a slow and lazy, almost as though he did not want the business. He looked at my package and said he won’t take it because it was not sealed properly. I explained it was the original unopened box I got from Amazon. I offered to put some tape on the 2” part where the tape came off. He said he would charge me for using the tape. At this point I told him that if he did not want the business then I’d go somewhere else. He finally accepted my package all while mumbling something to his colleague in a language I could not understand. These new owners are unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Won’t go there anymore. I would have rated this place ZERO stars given the choice.
