This bank has poor service and none personable and rude employees. The atmosphere is none welcoming Try another branch !

The branch manager is not in most of the time and make many things very difficult or impossible because other staff don't have the required privileges!Also, if you make a deposit to an account opened less than 30 days, the branch manager will hold the funds for 7 business days without even telling you!

I love the convenience of this location, but I have to agree with the review from Rosemary. There are always two or three men who appear to be managers of some sort, trying to look busy/important while avoiding eye contact while one or sometimes two tellers are struggling to get to all of the people waiting in line. There is usually a longer line during lunch, when most working adults can be there, but this branch never seems to recognize this and have enough staff, or at least staff who are willing to help.

My ex-wife was able to open a line of credit without my knowledge. In June of 2015 I went to this branch as part of divorce to remove my name from the joint accounts. Was removed from the Checking account I knew about but they failed to ask if I wanted to also be removed from line of credit. Now years later they are slamming my credit rating for my ex-wife's actions.I seem to remember Wells Fargo paid a large fine for opening accounts without customer knowledge. I hope US Bank suffers the same fate

I went to change a check and they didn't want to change it for not having an account with them. I felt discriminated against by the cashier. Because I am Mexican. He asked me for different identifications and to give him my social security. They are very discriminatory. but I will see what I can do to have my check changed

Poor customer service. 3 guys (one was clearly busy counting cash and two clearly oblivious to the line) were just around while the only female teller took care of THE ENTIRE LINE. Kudos to her but shame on her coworkers who DID NOTHING to help alleviate the line. They one man who I assume was the MOD didn't bother asking ANYONE in line if they needed help with something he could've helped with. He just sat at his desk pretending he was "busy". Same with the other guy pretending to be "busy" at his desk. This is a very disappointing experience and I don't ever intend on going to this location again.

Today I recieved a call from someone who said he was a PG&E tech out in the field who was going to disconnect my services and transfered me over to another person, who said I had late payments and needed to pay 500.00 right away. I have never been late on my payment, but the person who claimed was PG&E said the computer must have a glitch, so I needed to pay and they would start an investigation to what happened. I told the teller (Yeimy Meza) my story and she said that's a scam. Please call PG&E and I went home and did just that. PG&E said it was a scam. I almost lost 500.00, but thanks to Yeimy Meza I didn't. Thanks so much for taking care of your customer!
