I had an appointment at different location and different time. I went there 30 min before they are open today. The staffs are nice. I walked in and everything went well. It took less than 20 minutes.

Book an appointment for future date/any location. Try to get in early around 8 AM and explain you booked later date/location. They will allow you as walk in if it’s not crowded.
The lady at the front door was super helpful
