They wouldn’t let me ship my Depop order with the free usps shipping supply they have out front in the blue cubby. The lady said I’d have to pay to use the envelope I selected. I told her it was provided in the cubby of the free shipping supplies. WHY WOULD YOU PUT THE CHARGED SUPPLIES INSIDE THE FREE SHIPPING SUPPLIES CUBBY?!?!

I don’t know why this PO got average rate but my experience here was very positive. The front desk attendants are friendly and helpful, especially Ms. Van. I definitely will come back here every time I need to post mails or packages. Keep it up your great jobs! Thank you.

Wrong working hours. Correct one is:
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Saturday 10:00am - 2:00pm
Sunday and Holidays closed

I applied a new key for my mail box and the staff told me I will get a call to pick up my key in 4days. After 6days no one call me to pick up so I went to the post office and another staff told me it took 1 or 2 weeks normally. And two weeks later , I still haven’t received my key.

Lost 2 packages sent from this location, this happened first time in my life. One was $360 smartphone that I returned to an online store, but they received the package empty. After lot of tries of investigation, they just told me they delivered the full package, if the package was opened or something it would have been returned back to me. I have been buying from this retailer since 8 years, and this happened for the first time.. I never got my refund from the retailer, $360 was a lot of money for me. I am still hurt
Other one was a cheap wrist watch mailed to an friend, he never received it. Both times it was the same exact lady at this office. I don't know whom to blame. But I don't trust this location anymore

Not too busy before 12pm usually but even close to closing the workers move pretty fast.

The front desk is very friendly and helpful. I was asked if I was already being helped to make sure my needs were addressed. Another staff member, Ryan, went out of his way to package and label my items when my package did not meet shipping standards. Great service overall.
