I never thought in my life I’d review a USPS to give it 5 stars… im not sure if this this is a California difference which is different than the northeast but this USPS was the best experience I’ve ever had! From the efficiency of how fast the line moved to the beyond amazing employee Gerald who walked me step by step to do my eBay return, everything was amazing! I will be back if I ever need anything shipping related even though there are closer options to where I am in SJ!

Late afternoon but long line of waiting, there is only one counter open. The lady is super slow to serve and unstop talking. Can’t believe that we live in such third world society where such expensive everything but low quality life.

I've had a postal box here for over 20 years. They've changed the hours and availability so it is more difficult for me to access my own postal box. They seem to have changed their hours again without notifying the public. I can't get into my PO box during their posted Saturday hours. The post office USED TO BE reliable.

Came here a month ago for the first time and was helped by a super friendly lady, whose name I do not remember, unfortunately. Came tonight to mail a letter and unfortunately had to deal with Harry. Harry was extremely rude and told me to use my own envelope simply because I inquired about alternate options since the one option he gave me seemed a bit too pricey. Unfortunately, I’m not well-versed in USPS mailings to know exactly how to mail something but that’s why these associates are there. In the times I’ve gone to the various post offices, I’ve never once experienced an employee like Harry. His behavior was so offputting I chose to wait and have the lady help me instead.

I’m Really upset because the lady here doesn’t want to give me a postmark on my postcard. She doesn’t allow me to take any pictures of the postmark and tell me due to there regulations taking a photo is prohibited. I’m really confuse what’s the restriction on taking a photo before hand my postcard to a mailbox?

This place is never closed. They however have reduced operating hours and now no longer open during weekends. PO Box access hours are also limited. However, when they are in open, it's one of the nicer Post Office to come to because of the large parking space. The PO Box service also accept packages from UPS, Fedex and Amazon using a non PO Box address which is accepted by retailers.

It's a crappy service. They don't respond even if the package is insured. I can't believe that my package never arrived at its destination and now I have to pay a huge debt. Sometimes I think it's the same people from the company that steal the packages.

I’ve been trying to locate my package that was supposed to come five days ago, and it’s magically “in transit to the next facility” and this location. The package I ordered was a gift and after googling this place and looking at the ratings; I’m almost too confident my package was stolen. I work too hard to have my package to be stolen, and the people who rated this place as a one star; contact corporate so they can do something about this place. They can only do something if we complain in masses.
This is utterly ridiculous and awful. Now I have to go through the hoops and hurdle filing a claim all because workers here can’t do their job!
