I paid extra for signature required service, xpecting that only the intended recipient would sign for the package or at least someone in that apartment.
Instead, the recipient got a message saying it was “signed and delivered,” even though she never signed for anything and was home the entire time.
Turns out, USPS had some random person sign for it and then just left the package in a building hallway. No knock, no confirmation, no care.
Seriously, what does “signature required” even mean to USPS? Because from where I’m standing, it’s just an empty label and a wasted fee. Completely unacceptable.

I dropped off an important letter for certified mail and they ended up losing it. However the manager was apologetic and told me that they were truly sorry and they try to hit the 100% percent mark and that they would refund me for it. Which they ended up doing! The service was great and he came out right away and even investigated what happened. The service was quick for sending out a letter! It cost almost $5 for certified mail.

I’ve never had an issue at this post office. There’s a line, because it’s a post office, but the staff are competent and friendly. Tip: you can do almost everything at the self service kiosk. There’s no need to stand in line in 2024.

I had a middle-aged Chinese man with a pair of glasses + black mask take my package for me. I was dropping off an item to get a receipt and going to ask if the office could put a fragile sticker to the item so that the item wouldn't get crushed; I was shipping a smartphone. However, without me finishing the question, he immediately cut me off and pulled out a chart showing everything that can be and cannot be shipped then asked me in a patronizing manner, "Do you see this? What do you see here? Can you read this or not? No we don't put anything to the package!" Like what? I shipped out a smartphone multiple times through USPS and have always asked if they could put a fragile sticker, which they have in the past. If the policy changed and that isn't an option anymore, I didn't know. I think this man was having a bad day, but is it really that hard to let someone know that such service isn't offered anymore? What is there to be mad about such a request? It's not like I demanded an unreasonable accommodation/service...

Avoid this post office if possible. The customer service is terrible. Staff are rude and the service is incredibly slow and the employees seems untrained in basic functions.

Average USPS. Closes earlier than expected but I think that’s from Covid-time hour changes.Good amount of ♿️-accessible parking at the lot in front. Access inside is easy for ♿️-accessible navigating.

I don’t need to be spoken to like I am an idiot or worse, I’m just trying to ship my mail. It’s ridiculous how unhelpful and unwilling to have any semblance on customer service the people here are. That is coming from someone who’s worked In customer service their whole lives. It’s really not that hard to give information freely and try to help others when I’m not giving you a hard time in the first place

Disappointed with the service in there. Make sure you know what you need to do before you go in there, these guys are straight up trash at doing their job.

Pretty good USPS, workers are friendly to me. Just get what you need and go. I print my labels before hand so just drop off mostly. Can get really busy around lunch time. Go off time if you want to avoid the crowds
