I dropped off an important letter for certified mail and they ended up losing it. However the manager was apologetic and told me that they were truly sorry and they try to hit the 100% percent mark and that they would refund me for it. Which they ended up doing! The service was great and he came out right away and even investigated what happened. The service was quick for sending out a letter! It cost almost $5 for certified mail.

I’ve never had an issue at this post office. There’s a line, because it’s a post office, but the staff are competent and friendly. Tip: you can do almost everything at the self service kiosk. There’s no need to stand in line in 2024.

I had a middle-aged Chinese man with a pair of glasses + black mask take my package for me. I was dropping off an item to get a receipt and going to ask if the office could put a fragile sticker to the item so that the item wouldn't get crushed; I was shipping a smartphone. However, without me finishing the question, he immediately cut me off and pulled out a chart showing everything that can be and cannot be shipped then asked me in a patronizing manner, "Do you see this? What do you see here? Can you read this or not? No we don't put anything to the package!" Like what? I shipped out a smartphone multiple times through USPS and have always asked if they could put a fragile sticker, which they have in the past. If the policy changed and that isn't an option anymore, I didn't know. I think this man was having a bad day, but is it really that hard to let someone know that such service isn't offered anymore? What is there to be mad about such a request? It's not like I demanded an unreasonable accommodation/service...

Avoid this post office if possible. The customer service is terrible. Staff are rude and the service is incredibly slow and the employees seems untrained in basic functions.

Average USPS. Closes earlier than expected but I think that’s from Covid-time hour changes.Good amount of ♿️-accessible parking at the lot in front. Access inside is easy for ♿️-accessible navigating.

I don’t need to be spoken to like I am an idiot or worse, I’m just trying to ship my mail. It’s ridiculous how unhelpful and unwilling to have any semblance on customer service the people here are. That is coming from someone who’s worked In customer service their whole lives. It’s really not that hard to give information freely and try to help others when I’m not giving you a hard time in the first place

Pretty good USPS, workers are friendly to me. Just get what you need and go. I print my labels before hand so just drop off mostly. Can get really busy around lunch time. Go off time if you want to avoid the crowds

They really need to put the collection Blue box back to their original standing so we all can drive through to drop off our mails. They removed both and made it face front of the store than driving through. We had to stop and parking the car then walking to it!! They changed it! Fix it back!! We need the Drive through back!

Took 2 HOURS to speak to a supervisor. My package was marked as delivered to a parcel locker but I never received a key to a parcel locker. Their excuse is the parcel lockers were compromised, but no keys have been missing. I requested to see the GPS activity to see what parcel locker it was supposedly dropped off at, but according to them they don’t track that.

If there is an official space where I can post a complaint about the tall asian guy behind the counter here, I would. He makes using the united postal service a nightmare! His accent is hard to understand and his customer service etiquette is comparable to schoolyard bullying. The 1st time I tried to mail here, I witnessed him harassing other paying customers . 2nd time he harassed me personally, so I just need to speak out on everyone's behalf. 1. He was speaking down to a woman in front of line, as if she's expected to know the exact change for each postal code. If she asked any question, he belittled her rudely and kept rushing her. 2. Next he scolded a grown man who asked to borrow a pen saying "You better hand it back, I'm not giving out freebies to you people ". 3.Then it was my turn: He said my package wasn't taped correctly, go buy tape at the counter or he won't accept it. It was my first amazon return in USPS, so I had carried pens, glue and tape, in case I came across issues. I stepped to the side, used my tape to secure the package firmly, asked him if it was secured correctly and if he can give me a return receipt for the drop off. He said my tape won't cut it, I should have purchased the tape at his store and I can go post the package elsewhere(???). I added more glue and taped the entire package, he still kept talking to me rudely as if I was stupid and wouldn't accept my mail. At this point, I was upset. I asked if I just drop it off at the self service box, whether I will get a receipt. To that he said , " Go read the instructions on the self service box, but don't come back complaining here if you lose your mail." In a tone that threatened me that he'd not allow the package to go through. I kept an even tone , said okay and asked when the bins are usually emptied? To this, he actually screamed " DON"T YOU KNOW HOW TO READ ENGLISH, GO READ THE INSTRUCTIONS" . I've never experienced anything like this, in any country. I dropped my mail in self service and left. And I'm not coming back. To the crazy postmaster at Cahalan: Yes, my mom taught me to read, but she also taught me to be kind in my dealings. Values obviously no one bothered to teach you.No wonder the USPS is sinking..please train your employees on how to treat other human beings, better still, customers! There still is a concept of Service in USP'S', and you'll keep losing paying customers if you don't hold your employees accountable.

I’d give 0 if I can. No one understands nor speaks English, but they got so rude when I asked what they are talking because it was very hard to understand their accents. They even used cursing words. Very unprofessional.

Horrible service. First I was given $75 for package to be shipped to India with tracking and guaranteed delivery. When I came back I was told the the same package will now cost me $85 and no guarantee for delivery and it will take 10 days. Are we negotiating the price here? I wasted one hour standing in line and came home without sending my package. What a scam so frustratedUpdate: today I mailed the same letter from another post office for $44.80.I want to ask USPS how come employees decide the price of package.

PO Box Lobby hours are 6am-6pm Mon-Sat, Closed Holidays. You can drop off mail inside or get package postage from the automatic machine during these times even if the customer counter is closed.
