Went to this post office recently to mail a package and was so grateful for the staff member I was helped by (thanks Jessica!). The previous day I tried to make sense of my options using the website but only ended up more confused at the number of options and price points. Thankfully, despite not being sure about which mailing option I wanted to go with, the staff member was kind enough to walk me through the options that made the most sense for my situation. She was super knowledgeable and understanding of my needs/helping me make a final decision. She even recommended I take a picture of everything being mailed so I would have a confirmation of sorts in addition to the tracking number. When I went it was quite busy but the 2 members on staff were efficient allowing for the line to progress quickly and for everyone to get on with the rest of their day.

They're not very helpful or friendly when it comes to answering questions, services, etc. They often seem rushed, too, which may be due to understaffing.

The self serve area is closed as early as the main desk. All of this is pretty useless for USPS customers.

On July 10, 2025 Informed Delivery emailed me a photo of my car registration. It was not in my mailbox. The next day it was not in my mailbox, so on July 12, 2025 I went to the Payne post office and spoke with a very nice man, who went out of his way to search bins of mail to see if it was there. He even called the carrier who was on duty that day and the carrier searched his mail in his truck. The service was outstanding and I appreciate it so much. Even though the DMV mail was not found at that time, when I got back home, the mailman was there and he searched the other mailboxes to make sure that it was not delivered by the other carrier on July 10. The mail was not found, however, about 30 min later, I received a knock at my door and the carrier handed me my registration which someone had placed on top of the mailboxes. A different carrier had delivered to a different mailbox by mistake, but thankfully the carrier on this day was able to get it to me. Wonderful service!!! They were so kind and helpful!!!

Had a great experience with Jessica today! We came in and she immediately asked us to come over since there wasn't anyone in front of us, and the process was SUPER fast. She was very nice and made coming to the post office enjoyable. Thank you!

I want to extend a sincere thank you to both the Wanda (employee) and Andrew(supervisor) who went above and beyond to help me locate my mail and cancel a Priority Mail item on (04/11/25)just in time. Their professionalism, patience, and genuine willingness to assist were truly impressive.
The employee was kind, attentive, and took the time to understand the issue, while the supervisor stepped in to ensure everything was handled quickly and efficiently. It’s not every day you come across such dedicated and compassionate service—I’m incredibly grateful for their help!

The service at the post office needs improvement. I requested and paid for my mailbox key for my new apartment, and it has been almost a month and a half since I did so. After waiting four weeks without receiving any call from them, I decided to check in person. When I arrived, I discovered that my request had not been processed and was simply sitting on the table from a month ago. I came back today, and my request was still untouched.
When I addressed my concern, the staff members explained that they were short-staffed and would call me whenever they got to it. I believe it shouldn't be the customer's problem if they are understaffed. I hope my request is processed soon, as it is very inconvenient for me to keep stopping by to see if it has been completed.

A very rude employee. When I asked about the price for shipping of my package she said, I have no idea. How comes, I ask. She says, it depends on the weight. Well, I have my package in front of you, an inch from the scale, why don’t we check it instead of saying “I have no idea”. If you hate your work and customers just quit!

Used this station for decades. Usually very pleasant, but it's hard to fly with angels with so many idiots about! Get some of the most ridiculous ones here... Be nice if someone would tell them!

I was tracking to receive a tax document but the tracking information ended as received at the post office only. I drove to the post office and was helped by Ms. Violeta who personally tracked down my document from the mail pool of missing address or incorrect address lot and called me on my phone to pick it up. Thanks to her awesome help tracking it down and the timely call, I now have my important tax document with me!
