**Please Beware: Multiple packages stolen from this location**I have had multiple packages that were never scanned in and never show up at the destination when I dropped them off at the package handoff counter. There has been no resolution in these instances and I have not been able to successfully file claims despite the package being insured because they don't have any information on their system regarding the package's whereabouts.When talking to an employee about my concerns, they were brushed off and not taken seriously. When I asked for a supervisor to speak to, the employee said no, inferred that I was lying about my experience and said that I should "think about what I'm saying".If you plan to use this location to drop off a pre-paid package, make sure you hand it to someone directly. I will not use this location again and am frustrated it's taken 3 events like this for me to make that decision.

on Monday December 18th i watch the mail man throw my package nowhere near my door onto the wet ground, in the rain. i go out side and confront him, he wouldn't even respond to me. i went back inside to grab my phone to take a picture of his car. i asked the mail man multiple times to tell me his name, he refused, after the third time he tells me that if i have an issues, to go talk to the post office. today i come home to a note in my mailbox saying "suspended delivery, please have your mails packages at post office. Not only did you people throw my laptop when delivering it, you cancel my mail. absolutely insane. this needs to get fixed now. someone needs to get fired.mail truck number# 2201912. this happened around 11:53am Monday Dec 18th

Very limited Parking in front of the post office need to find street parking. The street parking is limited and I even see many shuttered glasses on the curbside parking. This is insane. Watch out when you park in case of flat tires

slow service, extremely crowded and only 1 or 2 counters open. Atleast on Saturdays they should have more servicing counters open

Harry was so kind and helpful! He went out of his way to insure that my packages would be delivered smoothly. Usually I dread going into USPS but here I had a pleasant experience and will be going back to this one. Thank you Harry!

Forgot to ask name of the staff, but he is a young and have a smile boy.He helped me to move 2 heavy packages to my car, really appreciate him to provided this kind of nice and thoughtful service.

The mail carrier who delivers on my street has, on more than one occasion, gone into the house across the street. Today he was in the house for 10 minutes. Mail carriers are not supposed to go in houses. I've called the office before regarding this but that was a while ago. Maybe he knows the people but who knows what is happening to the mail in his bag when he's in the house for 10 minutes out of people's view.

I prefer this post office because I love the staff here! However, I went to drop off mail yesterday via the drive-up mailboxes and it seems new mailboxes have been installed BACKWARDS, forcing drivers to "park" their cars to walk around the mailbox in order to deposit their mail, causing traffic in the drive-up lane and in the street.Was the "backward" installation of the new mailboxes intentional or accidental??It's not so much the inconvenience, but the traffic this is creating in an already small parking/drive-up space.

Post Office Box hours listed 6am - 6pm... closed at 4:30--UPDAYE YOUR HOURS--had to speak to a delivery person to determine that the PO Box Lobby closes at 2 on Saturdays, despite what it posted on the door
