do NOT waste your time going to this Valero to get your car smogged. The moron who works at the SMOG department will just fail you just because. He was so rude and inconsiderate and will literally just waste your time. Went to another SMOG shop 2 blocks away and passed without ANY issues. This shop is being reported to the BAR for moron employees. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, he will fail you for no reason. Loser

Terrible service in that place, my car had an accidental gasoline leak and they did not react to solve the problem, they risked many people in the place since there was a gas spill all over the floor

Faulty pump on number 5. It smelled especially strong of gasoline and as soon as I lifted the pump, it spilled a decent amount of gasoline on me and my car. Very dangerous and can't recommend this gas station to anyone

This is a horrible gas station that openly regularly advertises lower prices on their signs than what they're actually charging. Today they advertise $4.53 credit debit, but instead or actually charging $4.69 for credit and debit. When approach the cashier denied that they were cheating us and points to the tiny little sign that says that's the cash price which is not visible at all at night. These people are bait and switching.

I was putting some bags of clothes into the donation box they have there and the cashier came out and threatened to call the police on me because there was a mess if clothes outside the box " that was already there and had been there all day" but because I was there at that moment he said I did it " I didnt" very rude with accusing me I wasn't happy at all poor customer service THE SWING SHIFT CASHIER IS TOTALLY RUDE HE THROWS YOU YOUR CHANGE ACROSS THE COUNTER WITH AN ATTITUDE VERY DISRESPECTFUL

If I could, I wouldn't give any stars. Just went there for playing lottery and the cashier shouted at me, because I didn't have cash and wanted to pay with my card. New to it, so didn't know that I can't pay with card. He was so mad at me and rude. He didn't even tell me, that there is an ATM right behind me. If that guy talks to others like that, he should get fired!!!

Not start certified for smog even though they have sign outside saying they are. Just an fyi for anyone looking for smog services.
